Stayed Dec 31, 1969Topsail Dunes is a great community to stay in. I was very pleased with our condo. The view of the ocean is everything! It was very clean and the furniture was in good condition as well. My only suggestion would be to give it a little cosmetic touch up with fresh paint and replace the carpet. I’d come back and stay again for sure.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Definitely dated and worn. But you couldn’t beat the location and the view. Vacasa is a pain to deal with, thankfully we got it through Vrbo so that helped in many ways with communication and problems.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Property management was easily contacted. Building and unit need a lot of attention. Beautiful landscaping and pool was nice. Elderly or disabled please beware of this unit. If you do not like elevators, the stairs are right as you come out of door so that is a plus. It is on the 4th floor though so quiet a few steps. There is a long ramp you have to access in front of building to get to the elevator to go to rooms. My father has heart problems and would have never made it up that ramp. Lots of room inside. I like that there was enough beds in a two-bedroom place, and they were pretty comfy. All in all, we enjoyed our little getaway. Hope this review helps someone!
