Incredible oceanfront views, close to great restaurants and beach. There was an interior ant problem upstairs and downstairs that dampened our overall experience.

Potential is there for a tremendous property worthy of the price. As is, you're paying for a 3 1/2 star place in an incredible location.Fixable issues that keep it from being amazing (below).POSITIVES:Excellent location!Epic view; Super close to shops/eats on 101; Beaches- 5 min walk to Beacon's, 10 to StoneSteps, 20 to Moonlight/downtown Encinitas (Would be helpful to have these details in listing)Comfortable furnishings, linens & kitchenGood beach gear - Towels, surf & boogie boards, chairsMgmt Co was very responsiveFYI - there appears to be an EV-capable plug in the garage (it's not listed, so I didn't bring my cable)ISSUES:Master bedroom needs work. Screen door has unsightly holes & barely budges when trying to open;Shutters are very difficult to close, and one is broken off;Lamps are faulty;Cosmetic issues like these are unexpected for a property in this price pointListing does not mention shared wall with neighbor - do not anticipate privacy on the patioWe had ants in master bath and near wet bar - Mgmt is aware & hopefully addressingCoffee maker leaked water on kitchen counter - to their credit, Mgmt quickly replaced via amazonShort on kitchen basics - utensils/cookware need updating, more hand towelsCould not access DirecTV - no instructionsFrustrating Check in - additional online registration required after reserving & paying, which I completed but evidently it didn't get to them, so we were delayed a half hour dealing with it

Very nice stay. Good location near town and beach. View from balconies overlooking beach cannot be beat. Loved looking out to surfers and dolphins swimming.

Short trip to visit my son and his family who live 5 mins away from this home. Convenient location, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We weren’t far from any of the attractions we were visiting and restaurants were close by too. We loved the quiet street it is located on too. It is a one way street active with walkers and joggers. Then there is the ocean view! We enjoyed an incredible sunset each night while listening to the soothing sound of the crashing waves. Check in was flawless and the property managers were very helpful and just the right amount of attentive.

Excellent stay with family celebrating a law school graduate. Very comfortable beds, amenities, and views of the ocean. Super easy check in, communication was quickly responded to.

The home is lovely, just as described. We have stayed in several homes in the area and will definitely return to this one. Host was great and very responsive. Great area, easy beach access, and walking distance to coffee, shops, and restaurants.

Stayed for a few nights during our son's travel hockey tournament, and this place was everything we could have asked for and more. Clean and spacious, with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean. We're already hoping his team goes back to San Diego next season so we can stay here again!

I 100% loved this place! The ocean view was incredible and the house is stocked and clean and spacious and just perfect. Communication was smooth and simple and very welcoming. I will 100% be back! It was a perfect long weekend :)

The management staff went out of their way. We truly had a lovely stay. We wished we didnt have to leave.
