My family's stay at a VRBO condo on Indian Shores Beach was a relaxing and memorable beach getaway. The condo offered excellent views of the bird sanctuary, easy beach access, and all the comforts of home—perfect for family time. Mornings were spent walking the shoreline, afternoons enjoying the sun and waves, and evenings watching sunsets from the balcony. The condo’s convenient location made it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still offering a peaceful retreat. It was a perfect blend of fun, rest, and quality family moments by the Gulf.

The condo was a great size, layout and decorated comfortably. We really enjoyed the location in reference to the pool, hot tub and beach access. The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary was great also. It was neat watching the birds and surprisingly no smell, which we were slightly apprehensive about. Gina was a pleasure to communicate with and made the whole process easy. I would definitely return to this rental.

This is a lovely condo and was perfect for our family of six. All the rooms are well furnished including the kitchen with most everything you’d need to prepare 3 meals a day. It was very clean and well maintained. The only reason I took away a star is the air conditioner wasn’t working properly when we first arrived, and due to the holiday it wasn’t repaired until about halfway through our trip. However it was clear that the host did everything she could to get it repaired as quickly as possible. She also answered my texts quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and I almost forgot the best part, the beach was wonderful not too crowded even on Memorial Day. The view of the bird sanctuary was a hit with our 3 year old niece too!

Can’t beat location! Quick easy pool and beach access. House perfect for family with young children.Great communication and response from owner. Nice supply of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas made it extra fun for all of us. Quiet. Never heard neighbors. Only negative is rental was stingy with basic supplies (toilet pp, dishwasher tabs, trash bags) Frustrating to have to buy extra after spending a goodly amt on rental. Overall was a fantastic rental!

Very nice and spacious condo. The property looked great, especially since it was just hit with two major hurricanes and storms last fall. It was great to see the area back up and running. The pool was very clean and warm. Great communication. Can’t wait to plan our next trip.

The condo was very nice and in a great location. A couple of minor issues were corrected in a quick manner. Restaurants were close by and very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Host Gina) praises extreme cleanliness in her ad, totally false advertising and VRBO should ban her review. Condo was filthy & disgusting, air vents, ceiling fans, baseboards, most surfaces completely dusty, evidently wasn’t cleaned for months.Faucets, air vents, showers, refrigerator water outlet had black mold. Toilets had black residue inside. Kitchen items were dirty with crusted on food. Rental was for 1 month, complained to Gina and VRBO once checked-in. Provided over 40 pictures to VRBO & Gina (who was in denial). VRBO immediately transferred file to Health & safety, they were appalled by the dirtiness in condo. We wasted 2 weeks calling VRBO for follow-up. Finally since Gina refused to reimburse, she was ordered by VRBO to send cleaning crew. But only 1 lady arrived next the morning. She couldn’t believe the state of the place. She rushed to do her best in those 3 hours, but lots still didn’t get cleaned in that timeframe. This just goes to express how dirty the place was upon arrival. Totally unacceptably on behalf of VRBO for the time it took to resolve. We have stayed at other places in the vicinity and had wonderful experiences. Gina is by far the worst host to deal with and totally u reasonable. She also attempted to charge us upon check-out a fee for 150 with false claims of leaving a stain on her couch. Most likely a way to recoup the cleaning fee she had to absorb.Also balcony faces bird sanctuary, extremely nauseating faeces order

Rental was close to the pool/hot tub deck which had an excellent view of the beach. Beach was easily accessed.Rental had plenty of room, large kitchen and living area.

Awesome location on main island, very well supplied that met all our needs kitchen, sleeping, beaching, grilling, pooling. We were able to witness 2 rocket launches on different nights from our building. Hunting for sand dollars and shells out off the sand bar is best. Met some other folks that have been coming to this very location for year's and years. They and us know the area well and have rented from others. When you find a good thing don't let it go. Thanks Gina for a very affordable and memorable trip. I don't want to go back to reality(work). See you next year
