We always love our time at Pelican Beach Resorts. Thank you Tommy for accommodating our family so well. The beachfront property with 2 pools is so convenient with our teens.

We loved everything about this condo. The view is amazing, the decor is lovely, the bathrooms we awesome and the beds were extremely comfortable. Tommy is the best host and tended to all our needs! We will definitely return!

Everything was excellent from check-in to checkout. Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. The accommodations were spacious and beautiful. Destin was absolutely gorgeous! I will visit again next year.

This is wonderful condo in a great location. Owner had beach chairs boogie boards unbrellla, and sand toys and a couple of noodles that we appreciated were available. We did rent an umbrella everyday from the beach service. The kitchen was well equipped and had a Mr coffee and a Keueig. The resort is kept really clean. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever stayed at and we would definitely come back

View was perfect, Unit was clean and updated. Close to everything. Tiki Bar and Cafe on Property was very convenient. Secured Resort, felt safe. Would definately stay here again. Contact with property owner was very easy!!!

Lots of amenities...pools, hot tub, gym, etc. The cafe was open every other day. The beach is beautiful.

The condo is everything I hoped for...from the breathtaking views of the Gulf of America, to the convenient location close to shopping and restaurants, Tommy's condo checked all the boxes! The property amenities were outstanding. My only suggestion is softer and shorter bedroom pillows!! I felt like I was sleeping on a boulder. Otherwise, I plan on rebooking next winter!Destin is my second home.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our gathering. The beach was close, pools and hot tub were great, AND with it being off season, the resort wasn't jammed! Tommy is a great host, communication was good and any questions i had were answered promptly. Highly recommended!

Our trip was fabulous! Tommy the owner is awesome at responding to me right away and helped with all questions! The location and view is amazing!!! Priceless!! My only complaints were the condo wasn’t that clean. I dropped something on the floor and it went under the master bed and there was so much dust bunnies under it & the ceiling fan had dust all over it. Also you can’t cook on their pots and pans as they are very old and eggs stuck to the pans so that was disappointing for trying to make breakfast for my family. They really need to invest in some new cookware asap for future guests. If you stay for a week you will have to wash towels for your family so bring laundry soap. The restaurant downstairs is open for breakfast & lunch and was pretty good. They also have a server if you rent the beach chairs & umbrella thru La Dolce Vita but please note you have to book that months in advance. Condo is centrally located for shopping, excursions and many restaurants. It’s a 45 min drive to 30A beach & Rosemary Beach . Would definitely visit Destin again it’s beautiful!!

Property and condo were just as expected. No issues at all. Loved the location.

The condo itself was excellent! Wonderful view of the beach and the gulf of Mexico. The included washer and dryer came in handy as did the many appliances and utensils on the kitchen counter and in the cabinets. There's also a Keurig machine, so don't forget to bring the K-cups for coffee. As far as the beach situation at Pelican Beach Resort: Forget about actually being able to get a spot with a view of the water unless you are lucky enough to reserve a fairly expensive set of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. If you don't make your reservations with La Dolce Vita Beach Rentals at least 2 weeks in advance of your stay you'll be placed in the 2nd or 3rd row staring at the back other chairs and umbrellas, and forget about setting up your own chairs and umbrellas with a view of the water.....it isn't allowed, and the beach chair vendor guys will relentlessly harass you to move your stuff to the back of the beach. We gave up and drove about 2 miles down Hwy 98 to Henderson State Park where for $6 you are able to set up your own chairs and umbrella with an uncrowded view of the beach and gulf. If I had been more vigilant in my research when selecting a resort to visit, I probably would have found someplace in a less busy area with much better and definitely much cheaper actual beach access!
