Located in Destin, FL, where thewater is turquoise blue, and our sand is whiter than any other beach, this vacation rental is a dream come true!
Being on the ground floor, you'll find this condo easily accessible, perfect for those that don't like long lines at elevators and having to trek up the stairs. The views are epic. Did we say, EPIC! Sure did! As you venture inside, you'll be greeted with the sights and sounds of the beach at your back doorstep and will have gorgeous new sliding doors that open up to the magic. A green space awaits you off your back patio, perfect for coffee in the am, or even an October sunset that's to die for.
The kitchen has all the necessities you'd need - from a SMEG fridge, coffee station, blender, toaster, and more, there's no reason you should have to go out to eat (unless you just want to try some delicious local bites of course!) We have cookware, all the plates, silverware, and cups you'd need. We've seriously thought of it all!
Your master bedroom has a comfy new King bed, while the hallway bunks are Twin-over-Twin. There is one bathtub with two separate vanity and toilet rooms to offer you some extra privacy. A washer and dryer is available in the condo. You'll have super fast wifi, free parking for 1 vehicle max, and even a community pool where you can splash in to cool off on a hot day. The beach access is right outside your door, equipped with benches and even showers to get the sand off before you head back indoors.

Please note these are starter items only you may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay.

House Rules for Crystal Villas 3B - Endless Summer
Occupancy: Max 6 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
