Amazing condo on an amazing beach! Condo was everything we hoped for and well supplied, especially all the hangers haha! Nice decor but showers could use a little updating. Thank you for all the beach accesories. The balcony furniture is really nice as well as the inter coastal chairs. See you next May, hopefully

We spent the month of November 2002 in this magnificent condo. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The photos on VRBO are very representative of reality. The condo, on the 9th floor of the building, is located directly facing the Gulf of Mexico and allows you to see the magnificent sunsets from the back balcony. The front balcony allows views of Clearwater Bay and sunrises. The pool and spa are kept very clean and heated to comfortable temperatures. The condo is very well equipped, whether for kitchen accessories, bath and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, televisions in the living room and each bedroom. Belleair beach is beautiful and quiet and you can access it directly from the building. The condo is in a great location, close to Clearwater Beach. Tampa is about forty minutes away. Ideal location to visit this area of the west coast of Florida. My guests, spouse and I greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this magnificent apartment.

This condo had everything you could need for a beach vacation! We loved having beach chairs and an umbrella. There were plenty of beach towels and a cooler. The decor was beautiful and the outdoor areas had plenty of seating with fantastic views of the gulf. We didn’t need to bring anything but our suitcases. This condo was a gem. We can’t wait to book for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The interior was so nicely decorated - light and bright with a great beachy 50's vibe. Everything was very clean and well kept up. We spent good deal of our indoor time enjoying the beautiful views on the balcony. The plaza directly across the street was so convenient - outdoor dining and shopping without having to get into a car. And if you really don't want to drive take the jolly trolley to get around - convenient and easy to use. We have stayed at a lot of nice condos and this was one of the best!

Great spot on a private beach, good sized pool and spa. Quiet, yet close enough to ClearwaterBeach to still get the full experience! Clean apartment with everything you need, just add groceries. Would definitely stay again!

I only have amazing things to say about Linda the property manager and this place! It was so beautiful, the interior was stunning and the balcony was the most lovely place to watch the sunset. Nothing was missing, all cooking supplies are there and even a cute little bar. I also made friends with so many of the residents of the building who I'm sure I'll stay in touch with forever, it was just an incredible month and I can't wait to be back.
