We really enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and exactly as described. The fireplace was an added bonus and made for a very relaxing week. Our host was wonderful—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we truly appreciated. Beach access was more difficult than expected, especially with a baby. During our stay, only one beach access point was open for the entire resort, which made it less convenient and required a longer walk over uneven terrain. There is also no clear handicap-accessible option, which could be challenging for some guests. This appears to be a property limitation, not a reflection of the host. Overall, we had a great stay thanks to the accommodations and excellent host. Will stay there again!

The condo was perfect for my family. Clean, comfortable, quiet and lovely! Sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking and looking at the ocean was a fabulous way to start the day. The beach and pool were glorious and we love Topsail! Thank you to the owners 🏖😊

This is our 5th year visiting Topsail and our 4th year staying here. The condo is always very clean, the host is always responsive and responds very timely. Very family friendly. We can’t wait to come back.

Very nice place to stay! Nice view and roomy balcony! Loved the bright colors in the condo! Communication with the host was excellent with quick, complete responses.

We love this condo! The hosts are so helpful and kind. we had a wonderful trip. This building is our favorite at St. Regis. It feels quiet and comfortable and the view is unobstructed. Whenever we stay at Topsail we try to stay in this unit. We saw dolphins twice which always makes me happy!

The condo was exactly as expected. Clean, well appointed, and very nice. Communication and check-in/checkout was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Weather was bad. No beach access. Pools closed. We left on Wednesday due to these conditions.

5 woman on a girls trip!! Beautiful condo that was exactly as pictured!!! The view was spectacular, you can see way down the beach, pools were clean and refreshing, beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (two coffee pots- keurig and traditional) and the owner was very responsive to any and all questions. Due to the hurricanes in the Atlantic and the rough surf, our beach access was closed. The owner let us know prior and made alternate arrangements for us. She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough!!!The Arrrr Pirate Bar had great food and atmosphere and it was an all around amazing week! Would 100% rent this condo again.

Location was perfect. My teenagers loved playing basketball every day and we didn’t have to worry about them because we could see from the balcony. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for my family. Elevator was not working near the room but did work on other side of the building and was slow. We used the steps a lot. Other than then the elevator the condo was exactly as described and would definitely rent again. Great communication with the owner.

Lorraine was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality and cleanliness of the condo exceeded our expectations — everything was spotless and welcoming. Topsail was everything we had hoped for, from the relaxing atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. We truly can't wait for our next trip!

This is our 3rd year staying here. Absolutely amazing! The owner is always quick to respond, property is clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Had a great time at St Regis. The completion of the heated pool between buildings 1 & 2 was so nice.

It was a wonderful stay. The place was gorgeous. It has the best view ever. And the parking was the best. No need to worry about where you’re gonna park . The beach is in walking distance two minutes away nowhere quick and easy beach access.. Me and my family will stay there again.

This is our third year at this condo and we love it! The owner and her manager are great, very receptive to any issues. The resort in general has improved greatly this year. New coffee shop, cabana also was great!! The covered pool should be opened soon as well.
