Stayed Sep 30, 2025This condo was advertised as a Five Star stay. Bar none the view is five star as is the proximity to the beach. The condo…not so much. Upon arrival, the whole unit was covered in a light white dust. As my husband looked into the furnace, he found that the filter was completely clogged. We went to the store, purchased a new one and replaced it. The ceiling fire sprinkler in the second bedroom is missing its seal ring (another culprit of the dust). The icemaker in the wet bar was a complete solid block of ice. The built in cutting board in the kitchen has mold. I felt the necessity to wash every cup, plate, utensil, and silverware that we used. The bedroom was missing its window screen, as well. The condo’s location is good and the staff was very pleasant. The pool is nice too. I didn’t contact management while I was there, as I was on a vacation and didn’t want the stress of dealing with this stuff. Rather, I took care of things myself.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025Overall impression is very nice. Great view and this unit was within 20 ft. of elevator. Only downer was using hair dryers in both bathrooms, simultaneously. It overloads the circuit.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We enjoyed our condo, the beautiful view, and the cleanliness of the condo and building/ facilities. The condo was renovated and very nice, but still could use some TLC before guests arrive.
