Beachfront / Gulf Sunsets Condo

It was absolutely lovely! Sometimes pictures on Facebook make places look better than they really are. Not true with this condo! It was great!

The view was wonderful. All was clean and in good repair. The property manager was very pleasant. The only problem was another tenant who seemed to be stalking us. Every time we went out, she would show up from somewhere. We decided to just ignore it, but did keep the doors locked at all times.

The condo was great! Perfectly located just a short walk from all the restaurants and shopping. The beach literally comes right up to the condo! The room is great! Had to deduct 1 star for the elevator being out of order. Not the owners fault but he didn’t warn us. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. Otherwise we enjoyed every minute!

The property was clean and maintained. The location was superb. Close enough to the action to be able to walk but far enough away to truly enjoy the beach. The condo was extremely quiet, which made it all the more enjoyable. No roads to cross to get to the beach was really nice. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. Not one of them, disappointed.

I recently stayed at this condo and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The unit was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels. The views were incredible, especially at sunrise/sunset, and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in and communication with the host/owner were seamless. They were responsive, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.Whether you’re staying for a few nights or a few weeks, I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Heavy construction started on Monday morning which included very loud drilling underneath the entrance to our condo. The drilling lasted 4 days and was so loud, we couldn’t have a conversation in the condo. Dan (manager) and Gunter(owner) knew this was going to occur one week before, and did not inform us. There was concrete dust outside of our room which was being blown with a blower.. the entry to our room was completely drilled out for a day so that we had to walk on a piece of plywood. When new concrete was poured, we were unable to enter or exit our room. I understand ongoing maintenance needs to be done, but the tenant should BE INFORMED so that they can choose a different place. We also were unable to use our balcony at the end of the week due to drilling of concrete & dust. We were issued a small refund by VRBO because Dan contacted them first. Once they do that, we have no further recourse. I wouldn’t trust this manager or owner. The owner was there every day and would just refer us back to Dan. We payed a premium for this oceanfront property & we’re left very disappointed by our experience.

It was great!

This property surpassed our expectations. The size of the unit, number and comfort of the beds, cleanliness, amenities (beach umbrella and chairs), stunning view of the beach and sunset from the balcony, location (directly on the white, pristine sandy beach of the Gulf and within walking distance of restaurants, community pool, library and shops), and communication with Dan made this the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The unit is not stocked with a lot of the staples that we have found in previous vacation rentals in other areas of the country, but that was OK by us. We choose to simplify our home cooked meals, which was actually a gift.

My family had a great vacation in Clearwater Beach and we enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sunny beach and walking to the shops and restaurants. The condo was perfect. All the amenities needed for a beach stay. It was lovely having the beach right outside our door.

This is a great condo with a great location.

Perfect location and much more quiet and less busy than the hotel areas. Condo had everything we needed. Larger than I thought it would be. Can walk to anything, including Pier 60. Won’t be the last time we choose this property. The beach is beautiful.

Don't hesitate to book this property. It is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The property manager, Dan was always available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a repeat visitor.

This is our second time at this VRBO and it's truly one of the nicest we've stayed at. Very clean, great location and Dan was very accommodating our early arrival. 5 stars for this host and venue.

My wife and I arrived about 45 minutes early and contacted Dan (property manager) for early check in. Dan was actually on site for the turnover inspection so we had the opportunity to speak with him briefly in person before taking occupancy and found him to be very professional, personable, and proactive. The unit is as described in the listing and we could not have been more pleased! You are literally right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for! All of the odds/ends needed for our stay were covered including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Shops, entertainment, restaurants, and bars both on the strip and beach are only are only a short walk away. We had a very enjoyable seamless vacation while staying at this unit and will certainly be returning in the future!

We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and visit family that lives there! The condo location is excellent. Quiet beach but you can walk anywhere, we didn't have a car. Love the sunset views and place was super clean. Place was also very quiet and the bed super comfy. Great place!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and feels very homey and welcoming. It lacks for absolutely nothing. Dan the property manager was incredible to work with. There is a luggage rack for unloading your car, to the elevator to the condo. You feel very safe and secure so you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful beach view from the deck. Not to mention the great view of the beautiful sunset every evening. This was the most relaxing vacation ever. We hope to return to this condo again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

Great beachfront property! We will definitely stay here again when in the Clearwater area!!

This property was a dream. Walk into the 2nd story condo and you're greeting with the beautiful, almost blinding view of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf. That view will be an indelible memory for my wife and I forever. We spent every evening watching the sunset from there. The condo it nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. Coming from a 4-day stay at Universal Studios with a 16- and 19-year old, we were ready for some spreading out. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need (we did prepare dinner 1 night during our stay). Property manager was prompt in his communication when an issue arose (something on our side, not the property side). Could have asked for better scenario. We walked up and down Mandalay, even down to Pier 60. It's pretty hectic that direction. This property is nestled in a quieter part with quaint beach houses and the like. If hustle and bustle isn't your thing, this is the location for you. Pro Tips: Order some Alba Pizza and definitely get to the Shipwreck for a nightcap.
