Stayed Mar 26, 2024Condo was clean and well equipped! Washer/dryer and ability to cook made it much easier for it family of 6. Amazing beach views. To no fault of the owner, the elevators were down. Our shower also leaked into a closet and required multiple visits from maintenance/plumber to repair and time we couldn’t use the shower. Excellent pool, hot tub and beach access. Bring or buy TP and paper towel!

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The condo was very nice and very comfortable! It was exactly like the pictures showed. The location was perfect to stores and restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner a few times and there is a convenience store across the street which was very handy! We loved our stay and would definitely love to return!

Stayed May 23, 2025This property was the perfect getaway for the holiday weekend. First, the location was awesome. Parking spot was convenient to the steps and elevator. The actual condo was just as the pictures portrayed and spotless when we checked in. We had everything we needed for a peaceful reset to start the summer. Also, the Property Manager was very timely with all communications. Will rent again!

Stayed Sep 22, 2024The condo itself, is nice, with the exception of squeaky doors and being able to hear every move of the neighbors above you. Both of which, made it hard for our 13 month old to sleep well. Pros: So close to the beach, gorgeous beach views, woke up and saw dolphins swimming, café across the street, spacious floor plan, etc. Cons: Unfortunately, the Property Manger has room for improvement. We were without an ironing board and didn't realize it until the day of our photo shoot. Calling around noon doesn't help you because they won't bring you an ironing board until two days later. Someone knocked on our front door at 10:30pm and there was no way to look out at who it was. My husband answered and it was some lady trying to use our bathroom. So random, so I called the Property Manager to ask for the phone number to Security (because the property is advertised as being secured by X company as you pull in), but the Property Manager did not have the number to reach Security so I was unable to report to anyone that some random woman was knocking on doors late at night. Security is quick to put a warning on your vehicle for parking in a Visitor spot, though! And while we knew it in advance, the whole providing 1 roll of TP and 1 trash bag for a week's stay, is absurd. It's impossible to buy what you need, TP, paper towels, trash bags, SOAP, and not have waste at the end of your stay. No one should have to buy all that while on vacation just to throw most of it away at the end of s

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The pool was not kept clean, we saw the pool guy once in 6 days. We reported noisy tenants above us and they continued being loud in the middle of the night. Never had this type of issue at any other condo we have stayed at.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been staying at this condo every summer for three years and have loved it. Our family looks forward to the memories we make together here each year! The accommodations feel like home and when we walked in this summer, our kids instantly said “our summer home!”
