Absolutely beautiful condo, easy access. Will be trying to rebook same unit again

everything was great

We love the building, the location is fab and the condo in general is great, comfy beds, plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen goods, etc. Sitting on the balcony on the couches and chairs in the morning and at sunset is amazing. However, as noted in other reviews (but obviously not addressed), the condo is a little tired. The balcony fan, doors from the bedroom are broken, and it needs a spruce up in general. This didn’t have any impact on our enjoyment at all, and we will be back for sure.

It is in an excellent spot. The beach is semi-private. There is a park nearby and that beach gets very crowded, so it is nice to have only 10 or 12 people at the beach when we went.The place was built in 1983. It probably has not been updated in 20 or 30 years, but who cares?! The people in the building were quiet.We some minor issues with dirty dishes, broken glass inside the garbage disposal, a broken sliding glass door handle. The maintenance team was very responsive and very quick to help fix things.One issue I had to overcome was the internet quality. The router kept getting overwhelmed and it caused several outages a day. I was working remotely during the stay so I bought a new router myself and then it worked perfectly. I offered to leave it there, but the owners declined and kept their old one.Overall, I would definitely go back. The minor issues we had aren't anything too much to complain about.

We found out about Construction on the building the week before check in . We were assured with a phone call from the managing group that our balcony would not be involved. The view is everything! It was closed the entire month. The managing company did pay an inconvenience fee for the balcony, pool, and jacuzzi all closed . They did change their web page on VRBO after several emails from me. The condo does need updating. Including painting and some additional cleaning.The condo is very spacious and the furniture is sturdy and very comfortable. The beach is absolutely the best!

End unit with nice windows and extra space.

We love the location of this building, however the unit we stayed in was disappointing…many updates needed! Mold on blinds, and on frig water dispenser, panel on drier detached, dishes put away dirty. No working locks on sliding doors…sliding living room door did not close …Diane the contact lady was wonderful she did all she could to make our stay pleasant!! No refund for damage deposit…we did no damage …. Lots of work to be done here for the price being charged…

Condo is very spacious. Looks exactly like the pictures. The beach is fantastic. Location of bldg is excellent. Location of condo within the bldg is also excellent-end unit-lots of windows. That being said, we have rented this condo for about 5 years and nothing has changed or improved. The window blinds are awful...broken & falling apart. The guest bathroom shower curtain liner is about half the size it should be - resulting in water on the floor. It was the same last year. Beds are very uncomfortable. Furniture is definitely showing its age. We have loved coming to this condo in the past, but the rates keep increasing each year with no improvements.

Love this unit, it has all you need for a beach holiday. The balcony furniture was new and is lovely for ocean watching! The unit needs a little TLC in places, patio doors, broken blinds, unstitched curtains, etc but other than that another great stay. A shout out to Dan the maintenance guy who visited the unit to fix the patio - very helpful.

After looking at dozens of properties in this price range we settled on this property. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We stayed almost two months and everything about the property was great. Check in was super easy and the condo was perfect. Floor to ceiling windows provide great views of the whole area. Front balcony has views of clearwater bay, saw dolphins about everyday. We also were able to watch two early evening Kennedy space launches. The views of the launch from the front balcony were very clear. Rear balcony had great front row seats to beautiful sunsets over the ocean. We were not sure how the sand would be on the beach, but it was soft. The walk to the beach was not far, but you will walk over shells in that area. Still went barefoot with no problems. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with a broken toilet seat in guest bath, I called and they had it repaired within 4 hours. VRBO/Itrip was on top of things and respond immediately. The beach has quite a variety of shells and we also collected dozens of sand dollars. Great restaurants within a few minute drive, as well as a couple across the street at the shops of sand key. People at the property were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Really didn’t want to have to leave.
