Carolina Beach offers serene beaches where you can enjoy your dream vacation in our recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor beach home. Situated a short walk from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you'll be immersed in the vibrant coastal atmosphere, with easy access to the top attractions in the area.

We’ve cherished our “home away from home” since 2000 and are dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Additional amenities include keyless entry, contactless check-in and check-out, enhanced cleaning practices, private covered decks, a private walkway to the beach, an outdoor pool, and an outdoor shower.

Safety features include fire extinguishers, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, deadbolt lock on entrance door and a heavy duty swing bar lock on the inside of the condo entrance door.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. Savor your culinary creations at the dining table, surrounded by the soothing ocean views. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Our condo, affectionately named “Beachfront ELM,” serves as our personal sanctuary and getaway. Nestled on the 2nd floor, it offers unobstructed views of the ocean and beach from its private, covered deck. Beachfront ELM boasts an impressive 1,067 square feet (includes two decks) designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and everything you need for a wonderful family vacation or a romantic beach getaway. Our condo sleeps 5 with beds consisting of 1 king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and 1 chair sleeper twin size in living room.

The beach in front of our building is typically quiet and uncrowded providing a peaceful retreat. Conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk, you’ll find shops, activities, restaurants, and the boardwalk. And the best part Less than a 1 minute walk from the building takes you directly to the beach, where you can soak up the sun and feel the sand between your toes.

Rain or shine, you can enjoy the outdoors from the covered oceanfront deck. You will be treated to breathtaking panoramic and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, the soothing sound of waves crashing on the beach, the playful antics of dolphins in the surf, and the stunning sunrises all come into view, creating a truly unforgettable experience. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars to get a closer look at those dolphins!

Carolina Beach, nestled along Pleasure Island with Kure Beach and Fort Fisher, offers a plethora of excellent dining options, specialty retail shops, drug stores, full-service grocery stores, beach rentals (including bikes, linens, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs), ice cream parlors, charter cruises, the North Carolina Aquarium, the Island Greenway, Carolina Beach State Park, Carolina Beach Lake, amusement rides, and a wide range of sporting activities suitable for the entire family.

During the summer, the Boardwalk comes alive with FREE live music, beach bingo, and fireworks. On Sundays, the Carolina Beach Lake transforms into a cinema under the stars, featuring FREE movies on a large outdoor screen. When you are ready to explore, our condo is conveniently located just a short drive away from the bustling port city of Wilmington. Here, you’ll find a vibrant shopping scene, a diverse culinary landscape, and the historic downtown district, brimming with intriguing sites and experiences. Wilmington is renowned for hosting the North Carolina Azalea Festival in April, which features live musical and theatrical performances, garden and historic home tours, outdoor activities, delectable food, and unique crafts.

Beyond Wilmington, the surrounding areas and beaches have become a sought-after destination for Hollywood film directors, serving as prime locations for movie and TV productions. You never know who you might encounter amidst the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. I’ve personally had the pleasure of meeting several Hollywood stars.

In the Fort Fisher area, you can visit the award-winning aquarium or take a ferry across the Cape Fear River to the charming town of Southport. Southport is a shopper’s paradise, offering a variety of shops and restaurants. For history enthusiasts, the recently renovated Fort Fisher Museum is a must-visit, showcasing artifacts from the American Civil War.
