Stayed Nov 20, 2025Gay was wonderful. She let me know up front about work being done on the property. In addition, we had a slight mishap the first night which she addressed immediately. The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location, especially if you enjoy walking on the beach.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This is a wonderful house. It is clean and so thoughtfully stocked. The pre-trip communication was great and for the few things we needed to ask while we were there, Gay responded immediately. The location and the view of the ocean is amazing. We would go back any time.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The condo is spacious and well-laid out. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first level, and a bedroom and half bath on the second (main living) level make this condo perfect! Place was immaculate upon our arrival. And the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Proximity to the beach is amazing - especially when you have little ones and need to run back and forth constantly. We watched the fireworks from the deck and the backyard and had a perfect view away from the crowd. Cannot say enough great things about the place and the host! She was available and responsive when needed. I cannot wait to return!

Stayed Dec 5, 2023Lovely townhouse sleeps 5. Beautiful ocean views. Very easy access to downtown Kennebunkport. Very comfortable. Parking right outside the front door. We had a great stay during the Christmas Prelude festivities.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023My parents and I spent a lovely week at Gay’s house near the beach. Location couldn’t be beat - we could see (and hear!) the ocean from the house, which was wonderful. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, with many thoughtful touches. The kitchen doesn’t have a ton of surfaces for meal prep but still quite workable. Overall a great stay!
