Beachfront condo with glass-enclosed balcony

The place is old and needs updating. The tracks for the glass doors are rusty and squeaks. I feel at exit of thr ramp and the girl lizzy from bender reality was rude on the phone and didnt care that i fell. Did meet the president of the association Mr. Jonathan from Alabama who was fixing the springs on trh heavy gate to the beach. He was a nice man to speak with as well as Hope from Bender reality who was so kind and actually cared. I will NEVER go back to Gulf Shores.

This is an OLDER unit, but it is in the PERFECT location and offers a GREAT view of the beach. We had a few housekeeping issues upon arrival but the host was VERY QUICK to address them and did not interfere with our stay at all! Bring your own games as there are none and only one throw blanket.

Had everything we needed. Great location right on the beach. Was helpful to have the washer and dryer. I liked the glass enclosed balcony and that it was only on the 3rd floor of a smaller building. Couple of minor things were addressed by the rental company. (They replaced a non-working coffee pot) I did need to wipe out the fridge before we could unload our food.

Gul Shores has some of the best beaches on the planet and this property offers a front row seat. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. Loved that there were 2 working recliners. I was a lil upset that there is only 1 handicapped parking place. Then over half is for owners parking. Other than that it was great. Marilyn was very helpful with everything.

We wanted a place that was on the beach and not a high-rise. This fit the bill! Loved being so close. The staff was responsive and great.

We had the best time staying in the condo. The pool was amazing. The room was awesome. All of the other condo owners were so kind. It was the best vacation.

We had to washed everything in the kitchen, the rugs were dirty and old looking. The condo was not property cleaned and not well-maintained by the owner. Issues with dryer. The Bender's staff requested housekeeping to come back and it was much better on the cleaning. This could be a really nice condo if owners hired people to do a better job of painting and tossing the old/wore stuff out. I recommend Bender's staff (they assisted with all issues and were nice about it.) but I could not recommend staying at this condo again, even the patio doors I could hardly open, had to clean the track just to get them to move. And view is great but windows needed cleaning too. We tried to report anything that needed attention hoping the next guests will not in counter our issues. In fairness, I could not recommend this condo to any friends or family member.Again, Julie and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were impressed with how close the condo was to the water. Enjoyed waking up and having coffee while looking at the waves. Location was a dream!

Imagine yourself in a beautiful, beachfront condo. Whitesand babypowder beaches no further than the elevator ride down. Sea birds and sunsets and morning coffee on the veranda make this a destination for singles, couples, or families. This unit was exactly as described. No bait and switch on the view either. Amazing. The only complaint I have is that the unit although passibly clean, was not as clean as it could have been. The kitchen was well stocked, but the pota and pans were housed in cabinets that have seen better days. However, I am a little OCD and It was not bad enough to call management. I found management to be responsive and proactive and I am sure that if I had called they would have made every attempt to rectify it. It just wasn't to a level that I needed to call them. We had a great experience with Bender, and a wonderful stay. Comfortable furniture, a nice bed and bedding, and a million little conveniences made for a very home-like feel. Kudos Bender!
