Stayed May 11, 2019The family had a wonderful stay!! This property is very nice and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be going back.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Very pretty and comfortable condo which accommodated our family well. The master bathroom needed a few repairs, the toilet paper holder was broken as well as the towel hook by the sink. The oven took well over a half hour to preheat so that was a little disappointing when making meals. Overall though, it is tastefully decorated and the view is fantastic. We would definitely rent again.

Stayed May 19, 2024We had a great stay at the condo! It was spacious for our family of 7, clean, and had an amazing view out onto the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for what we needed and there were plenty of towels provided. The kids loved the pool and we had easy access to the beach. It is definitely a place we would love to stay at again!

Stayed Jan 26, 2024Enjoyed staying in Destin on the 10th floor. Nice view of beach. Sat on patio an enjoyed breakfast. Kitchen nicely stocked with dishes and pans to cook with. The handle on the tub was broken but they quickly sent a repair man, and I was able to use the spa tub. ? Overall very enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jan 10, 2024Overall good experience. Felt the facility could use better signage to give directions to units, parking (garage, if available), and basic info for surrounding area (restaurants, pool usage (across street), disposal of trash (initially didnt know where to take it).

Stayed Dec 24, 2023Property location is amazing - 4min walk to beach (private) was a such a convenience. View of the ocean was beautiful from 10th floor. Property was clean, no smell, all appliance and cutlery were clean and organized. Locality is nice and upscale. Enjoyed every bit of stay. Would likely come back in summer to visit again. Just a suggestion - an iron would perfectly compliment the ironing board...lol.
