Beachfront condo with 2 oceanfront balconies, W/D, pool, & gym

The unit was worn and could have been cleaner.

Ocean views were outstanding and the condo was very home-like and comfortable and the furnishings were excellent. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked well. Guest services were very responsive to any concerns and needs. Parking is in a garage below the condo with service from an elevator.

This condo was very clean, roomy, and had a perfect view! We would definitely stay here again!

The Sanctuary complex was nice and the parking was good too. The pools closed way to early and opened way to late. As a swimmer I like to swim laps early in the morning. Access to the pool should be from like 6am to 10pm. Also the outdoor showers did not work, so there was no way to clean off sand. Our unit was nice, and the three full bathrooms an added plus. We had a good time. Plenty of cooking gear too. The patio's look great in the photo's and gave a nice view of the ocean and sunrises. But the patio's were loaded with spiders and spider webs. So we did not want to sit out there very long as spiders were dropping down for a visit. And the windows looking out toward the beach were very dirty and full of spiders and spider webs too.

A nice condo and the three full bathrooms were wonderful. The water pressure was good - so the showers were delightful. Plenty of kitchen gear including a fancy Keurig with a coffee pot option. Comfortable beds, A/C worked great, close to the pool and access to the beach. Only draw back was the spiders on the balcony and in the windows. The spiders kept us off the balcony as the little critters would drop down frequently. My son purchased some spider spray, but the little critters would not go away. Also the pool hours should be 6am to 10pm. Opening late and closing early is a bummer. I am a morning lap swimmer and there is no reason to not open the pool early in the morning. Also the outside showers do not work so everyone everywhere is tracking sand into the Sanctuary. I would stay in B-109 again as long as they get rid of the spiders and clean the windows.

Great location

We had a great time and the home was just what our family needed. Lots of room.

The parking was convenient from the garage up to B109. The unit was overall nice, with new furniture & nice chairs on deck. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need utensil wise. The unit could have been cleaner, The master bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the tub/shower, fingernail clippings on the sink and dirt on the floor. I had to clean it before use. The common areas were fairly clean, including the kitchen. There was a lot of sand on the floors and the vacuum there does not work well. I loved the on-site washer and dryer! It was odd that there were no rugs down in any of the bathrooms but I found them rolled up under the sink. There were dishes in the dishwasher, clean but not put away from the previous visit. I would suggest to bring your own pillows, the ones on the master bed are thin. The AC worked great! It was a nice area of the beach and everyone seemed to be friendly and the area felt safe. It met our needs and was a nice mini vacation.

The property was absolutely beautiful and decorated above and beyond anything we expected! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All of the furniture in the family room reclined and was super comfortable. Cons: the bed pillows were horrible and seemed surprisingly cheap, given what the rest of the unit was like. The king bed is very high and didn't have any kind of step stool to enable us to get on it so we had to sleep in the other rooms. Parking is a nightmare, and it takes a lot of driving around the parking deck to locate your spot. There is no rhyme or reason for how the spaces are marked. They are in no particular order and are not logical. Whoever designed the plan must have been the same person who designed the roads in Seattle.

Wonderful views, nice place, comfy bed

One of the best beach stay’s I’ve experienced. Unit very well furnished with up to date furniture and appliances. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding beach front experience.
