Beachfront Condo w/ Ocean Views, Direct Beach Access + 15min to Downtown!

The beach view and pool were just as the picture portrayed. Access to tourism and restuarants were excellent. The condo could benefit from updates and maintenance. The water had a strong sulfur smelll. But we had bottled water. Thanks!

The property was in a convenient location with walkable restaurants and easy drive to attractions. The private beaxh is pristine. The pool was cleaned daily and easily accessible. The luggage carts and elevator were helpful for arrival. Communication with the owner/manager was great. Responsive with questions before our arrival because it was our first visit to St Augustine. She also checked on us after our arrival. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in St. Augustine! The location was perfect—walk to beach was easy and location to restaurants and shopping pretty convenient. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay super comfortable. Erin was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip.

Perfect condo for us. Everything you need is there. “Ocean view” is a bit of a stretch. More of a neighboring condo/ pool view unless you are on balcony. Close to everything. Clean and comfortable.

Everything was great! The only slight problem was a slow draining shower in the upstairs bathroom.

Lovely home in great condo development right on the beach. Home was equipped with back chairs a sand toys. Nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Lovely pool with plenty of chairs. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the beach! View from balcony was great. Short walk to beach. Very well-appointed condo. All we needed and more! Plenty of beach equipment in the closet - chairs, coolers, a wagon. Even toys although we didn't have any kiddos with us! Check in and access were painless. Definitely would stay again if I get the chance to go back!

We had a wonderful stay!! Easy check in and out. The beach, pool and condo were fantastic! The condo was well stocked with everything needed and beautifully decorated. The beach and bath towels along with bed linens were so soft. It was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers etc. We loved sitting on the balcony to read and relax. Absolutely beautiful condo!!!

Great place and fantastic location! Beach view was beautiful from the patio. Sugar sand, super easy short stroll to the beach, we truly enjoyed sunrise walks, and spending the day on the beach. Easy drive to downtown, convenient grocery shopping, and plenty of restaurants close by. Place was clean, kitchen has everything you need, and beach chairs was a big plus. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with my family (husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs) and had a great time. The kids really loved the pool, and the beach was easy to access. The condo complex was quiet and a little ways off the main road, but it's close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property was a good size for 4 people--any more than 4 would probably be a little cramped. Thanks for having us!

This unit was plenty big enough for our family of 4 (with two young kids). It was perfect that the two bedrooms were upstairs so the adults could stay up later in a separate space downstairs without waking up the kids. The beach was a super easy walk (just had to walk past the pool and the beach was right there) and was not at all overcrowded. We had a great stay and would come back!

Condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Spotless from top to bottom. Steps to the beach-literally a two minute walk. Really appreciated that there were beach chairs and towels provided. My kids loved being able to go from the beach to the pool so quickly/easily. The location was perfect-really close to restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very communicative and checked in with us the day after we arrived. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time in St. Augustine. Property was well located with an easy short walk to a wonderful beach. Great restaurants nearby and a short 15 drive to downtown. Loved our stay!

We stayed seven nights at Spanish Sol right on St. Augustine Beach. The condo was very clean, very comfortable and very well-stocked with everything we needed for our weeks’ stay at the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be excited to return to Spanish Sol the next time we visit the area.

The property when we checked in was very clean. There was sufficient bedding, kitchen glassware, plates, appliances and spices. The host was an excellent communicator and her responses were very thorough and timely. The location was very convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, and downtown St. Augustine.

Condo is well stocked, clean and very comfortable! Perfect location! We loved it!

We had a great time staying here on St Augustine beach. We had lots of room, and didn’t need to bring much, because Erin had everything here for us.

Location Location Location - right on the beach - awesome - Clean and well maintained and every kitchen gadget you may need. Our unit was 2 levels, so we really felt like being in a home! I think we will use them again, hopefully same room!

Ocean view and right on the beach. Safe and secure entry. Just a few seconds and you were on the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check in and out and owners were easily available if needed for questions. We would stay again!

We loved our stay! The beach was super accessible and the condo was perfect. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Host was great at communicating everything we needed to know! Definitely will have to come back!
