Stayed Oct 26, 2025The property is exactly as advertised. The host is very responsive. The ocean view is spectacular. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here for future visits.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025The host was very responsive. There was a mix up with entry codes and the issue was immediately resolved. This was the second time staying at this property and we hope to return again. The view is great. There is a lot of activity in front on the property as there is a parking lot between the property and beach. ( Makes great for people watching from the balcony.) We had a great time....walking distance to Pismo Pier and downtown restaurants.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Cute place, walking distance to the beach. The location was awesome. There was some maintenance issues. Bed in second room slats were broken making the bed sink down onto the trundle making it extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen sink was leaking which made cleaning up after meals difficult. Trash left behind from prior occupant, water bottles and tooth floss on the outdoor patio. Overpriced for all the issues.

Stayed May 18, 2024We loved the condo. 11:00 check out time unrealistic with a 3:00 check in time. Would have paid more for an hour or two in the morning. Other than that, perfect stay and beautiful space with 2 balconies.
