Beachfront condo as featured on HGTV!

Excellent property for two people. The area is quiet and the beach was really nice. The water was calm enough to leisurely swim without being bombarded by waves (with the exception of when large ships pass causing waves). The condo itself is in a great location in the complex, close to the walkway to the beach and the pool. The community water access (to wash sandy feet/beach chairs, etc) just off the balcony didn't bother us at all. Be aware that the mattress is exceptionally soft so if that's a concern... Also, the lighting (at night) in the living area needs to be improved. There was no option for a low-light, but rather all the can lights had to be on to have light (a bit bright for watching movies, etc, so we just kept them off) - a low light source (lamp perhaps?) would've been appreciated. The light over the stove was out, so that might have been an option otherwise. We appreciated the beach towels and the bath towels were very nice! The kitchen was well equipped as well (much appreciated).

On the inside the furniture was in need of cleaning, also needs more comfortable furniture-it was quite uncomfortable. Some imrovement on cleaning but not too bad. Some painting of the doors and woodwork is needed. Regarding checkin communications, where we are going and what was there in the condo could have come days earlier. Loved Shirley who told us quite a bit about the area and surrounding property.

We liked the location, but the pool had what appeared to be black mold all around the edge of it. The room was humid, and the queen bed was not large enough for the two of us. We woke up the 2nd morning all stopped up in our sinuses and checked out. Too bad...

Had a fantastic time! The unit was clean, views were amazing and communication with the owner was easy! Can’t wait to come back!

We over all Enjoyed our recent vacation at this property, communication with host was great, condo was very nice great views and updated interior! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in unit the only I can say negative was the bed it was so uncomfortable we didn’t get good sleep the whole week it needs to be upgraded for what you pay to stay there !the pool was great and super beach access!

The moment we opened the front door you can see and smell this place was clean . We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed many walks on the beach. Having a washer and dryer in unit was diffinetly a plus.

This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to spend the week at Tybee. We enjoyed the beach views from the balcony. Great location at Tybee. Savannah is only a 20 minute ride. The room is next to the pool and the walkway to the beach.

Condo had Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Great location. Loved beach which was never crowded. Watching dolphins and sunsets made for perfect vacation. We look forward to returning again to same condo. Thanks for a great vacation experience!

It was wonderful, clean . The best condo. The view was wonderful. We watched the dolphins and ships all day long. Will come back. Barbara the pool lady was great as well

Unit was nice. Saw dolphins from deck almost everyday. Short drive to restaurants and boardwalk. Enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. As the previous reviews say it’s a great location and is close to the pool and beach access. On the other hand the room is directly next to the steps and you can hear everyone coming and going from there rooms. Also, we could hear every little thing the unit above us was doing and didn’t get any rest. There is horrible insulation in this unit. If you want sleep I would not say this unit is for you.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Tybee! It’s just minutes from the beach, with super convenient beach access right outside the door. One of my favorite features was how close the outdoor shower area was—it made it so easy to rinse off after a day at the beach before heading back inside. The check-in instructions were clear and accurate, and we had no issues at all during our stay

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon and this place was perfect. We felt as though it was updated nicely, was clean, enough space for us and overall loved that it was 10 steps to the pool and the beach. We also loved having the washer and dryer in the unit which was so helpful! The hosts were so accomodating and kind and we definitely will be using this place again the future! Thank you!

This was the BEST place to stay. We truly have not one complaint. It is quiet, breezy, so clean. Every one we dealt with was incredible!! Def a favorite, hope to be here every year! 100% easy access to everything!
