Beachfront Condo 227 with brand new pool Luxury 2 BR at Beachside Colony

We had a great stay, condo was very nice and had perfect weather.

Condo was nice, had everything we needed. Master shower door doesn't shut all the way but not a problem as long as you're careful. Nice views of ocean and sunrise if you don't want to walk to the beach. Nice restaurant on site.

Nice condo, everything we needed was there and then some. Nice view of the beach and ocean. Only things that could be an issue, but aren't really would be shower door doesn't close all the way, could use another towel bar in master bath and maybe shower heads that detach. Nice restaurant on site (great fried shrimp!)

Just a few steps to the beach. Loved the restaurant at the pool. The pool was gorgeous! The condo was very nicely appointed. The only downside was it got quite noisy outside the condo in the hallway at night. But, it was still a great place to spend a few days.

Great room. Would stay again.

We liked everything about the property. It was a well maintained place, very clean, everything we needed was very accessible. Plan to return next year.

We were very pleased with the Condo, the view, parking, the beach, the overall location, and the communication from the owner/management was fantastic. Really nothing we would have changed or expected that was not fulfilled.

The property is beautiful and spacious, but had mold in the shower that we had to clean off with mildew cleaner that we bought from Walmart, after the cleaner left it as cleaned. It’s clean now for the next renter! The kitchen chair seat cushions were loose. One of them had no screws in it at all. We also, bought screws from Walmart to fix this problem as well for safety reasons. We call maintenance to address the TV issue, who told us that he would call Xfinity to fix the box issue. Xfinity never came and he didn’t call us back concerning our issue. We had an 8 day stay and we called about the TV on our 2nd day. The shower had no water pressure at all. It felt like my wife was holding a flower watering pot with holes in it, poring it over my body at a slow rate. The patio doors were difficult to open and close. I call maintenance and he said a new sliding door assembly is on order. The guest bathroom door was loose on the hinges hitting the door frame making noise. I fixed this issue as well since I felt that maintenance wouldn’t respond to my concerns in a timely manner. To conclude, I felt like I took vacation at a nice property, to be a handyman in between activities, to make our stay clean, safe and as pleasant as possible!

Room was clean, neat and had everything we needed, including pots, pans, cups and towels.

So many things broken in this condo!1.Patio sliding door to balcony would not lock. This left Condo always open, Dangerous2.Water dispenser in refrigerator door did not work.3.Master bedroom bath shower door would not close4. TVs were very difficult. The WI-FI seemed very slow, and does provide streaming bandwidth necessary,5. Second bathroom’s towel rack fell from the wall, and back of door hook was not well attached.Beds are very soft , so if you have a back issues, may not be the best sleep for you. The resort was great including the restaurant. Pool area had two large pools including one that was heated. Location was walkable to local restaurants and brewery.

Had a few problems. Sliding glass door would not shut all the way and couldn't lock it. Shower door would not shut. The toilets were not stable. They were loose to sit on and off. We had two ladies try to come in on us at 7:30 pm. They had our security code but didn't have the key. They banged on door and rang doorbell. They had the right code but were there on wrong day.

Place was clean, organized and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay.

The host responded promptly to my messages. The condo was very clean. I wouldn't describe it as luxury, however. It was nice even though the living room furniture is quite worn in and the water pressure in the shower was slightly more than trickling. The head board in the master bedroom was not attached to anything - just sandwiched between the bed and the wall. Any small adjustment to a pillow made it knock against the wall. One of the sliding glass doors doesn't lock. Lastly, it seems the gate code for beach access via the pool area only works during pool hours (8am- 6pm), which I did not know. If you like to go out for the sunrise, you'll have to walk around the other side of the building to get out and back into property through the parking lot. These things would have been more annoying with a longer stay. We only stayed for two nights.

The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem we had was the water pressure and shower heads. It took forever to take a shower. You may want to list the type of coffee maker you have in the property. We had to buy both types of coffee to make sure we had some. Small things... It was a nice place. Would reccoment and stay there again.

The beach was visible. We were not told the heated pool closed at 6 in the off season.

Overall was a good condo and a great location ! Check in was a breeze ! Facilty is nice and did i say location :) I was hit with a terrible pet smell upon entering the condo. The cleanliness was ok ....the refrigerator on top has about 3 inches of dust on top ! The tile in the foyer and bathrooms could really use a professional cleaning ! This is coming from an owner of a professional carpet cleaning business in The Great smoky mountains so the average person may not notice ! The travertine in the bedrooms could also use a cleaning ! The couch , rug and 2 red chairs could also really use a professional cleaning ! Other than that i have no complaints about the place we enjoyed it very well and would rent it again !!! This is not a negative review its to notify the owner of what needs to be done !!! Love tybee and will be back :)

The location of the condo had a nice view of the pool area and ocean view. Kitchen had lots of cookware and utensils. I would highly recommend the owner visit the condo as it has not been cleaned or maintained well. Reading back through reviews many others mentioned the same thing I will identify and it has been more than 2 years since other reviews. Here we go, Master shower door will not shut, sliding door will not lock (yes it's on second floor, but should lock), second bedroom mattress is horribly broken down and needs replaced, bed pillows need replaced and spare pillows had no cases and were not very clean. The shower and the second bedroom needs all new fixtures as the makeshift repairs are ridiculous. Lastly, I have to mention the overall cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable in my opinion. I did not want to walk barefoot or sit on the furniture. I rarely leave such negative reviews but for the cost of the condo it should be clean and better maintained!

The condo was fabulous. The pool was great! The beach was close... the weather didn't cooperate. But we will definitely come again and hope for more sunshine. Excellent host! Thank you!

Clean, warm and inviting condo.

Great location near beach, food and shopping. No noise at night. Clean area. Super nice pool! AC worked great as it was HOT. Would recommend and book again.

Overall, we had a great time in Tybee Island. The condo was convenient to all we needed. There was a couple issues… one of the tvs did not work.. no big deal. The shower in the first bedroom could have been cleaned better.

We’ve stayed multiple times on Tybee but having a condo on the beach with covered parking, two pools, and a restaurant and bar on site is perfect.

We had no issues. Property manager had good communication and great notes. Pool and The Deck were top notch! If we came back to Tybee Island, we would stay again.

We loved being so close to the beach, restaurant and pools. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, washer/dryer on site was a great plus! The shower door in the master wouldn’t stay closed, but aside from that, this was a wonderful place!

We would definitely stay here again. Overall 4 rating because of the inability to lock the sliding glass door on the balcony. When we notified the host via VRBO method, they did not receive the memo. Hence, the 4 on communication. The locksmith was to repair the lock the morning we left. The condo does need a cutting board, and needs to have the master shower door repaired (does not close all the way). Our second year at this location (not same unit). We love it!

The condo is very spacious and everything was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again soon.

Wonderful location on Tybee north of town. Easy walk down to main part of town - and we are in our mid 50s. Restaurant on site is great. pool area
