Beachfront Breeze - Oceanfront w/ Pools & Hot Tubs

Love staying at the Villa! Love the access to the beach and all the pools. A good time!

The actual condo was very nice and updated. The pool was clean and big. The parking situation was annoying because there weren't enough spaces in the close parking lot so you had to park across the street. The elevator on the right side did not work so you had to take 3 flights of stairs which was hard every time you wanted to go to beach. The unloading process was hard also because you had to find a cart, which should be replaced as they were old, and make numerous trips up the only working elevator. Check out should be 11am, not 10am, because of the difficulty of getting all your stuff down to your car. It would be nice to have a beach access on both sides of property so you didn't have to walk by pool all the time. The locks on the glass door to patio did not work. The kitchen was nice but would have been nice to have better dishes, bowls and glasses and cookware. The condo was decorated nicely and the layout was perfect for privacy. The furniture was very comfortable and showers were nice. Would not stay here again unless elevator on side was working. It had a sign on it that said technician had been called but I don't believe it. The onsite restaurant was very good. We had a 2 year old and it was hard going up and down so many stairs with him.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and one toddler) had the perfect amount of space for our stay. The unit was very clean and tidy and I appreciated all of the starter supplies that had been left for us (laundry pods, coffee pods, shampoo etc). The oceanfront view was truly amazing and one of the main reasons we chose this spot. With as big as the resort itself was, we never really had an issue with finding spots on the beach and the pools stayed fairly empty.A couple things of note that owners of units have no control of, but renters should know:The parking is terrible. We luckily only had one car with our party but it's a shame that they don't have more than 15 spots on the lots flanking the entrance. I'd say just come prepared to make a trek from the overflow lot. Unloading our luggage to make the trip to the 3rd floor was the worst part of our trip. There was no parking so we had to park in the front entrance. We didn't have much, but it took an hour using the very inadequate luggage carts to get luggage from our car, up the very slow and small elevator, and then through the breezeways to our room. We used our beach wagon when checking out because it was much more reliable.Coming up and down without items, I'd just take the stairs. Much faster and less precarious.Lastly (definitely not deal breaking), the kitchen is teeny tiny so just be prepared for little space.All in all it was a great trip and a beautiful place to stay!

The stay itself, place, accommodations were perfect. The parking was an issue. We had 3 cars in our party but only able to obtain 2 passes. One of the days one of the parking passes was flimsy and feel from the rear view mirror and there was a yellow warning on my windshield. I was parked on A side even though i stayed in B side. The wristband policy didn’t seem to make much sense. Our party lost one at sea. You have to keep on at all times on property and to be able to get out to the beach. The charge of 50.00 to replace is understandable to some aspect yet it’s almost a given there is a huge risk taking to the beach. Other than those 2 issues the stay was wonderful and we will plan to be back.

The property is beautiful and so clean, the view is amazing from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Great place, great view, great value and definitely worth the drive from Cleveland. Our elderly parents had no trouble getting in and out of the unit. Nothing is completely perfect so with an honest review the only imperfection would be the elevator. I honestly didn’t feel safe using it.

The property was clean but a little run down. The elevator didn’t work on our end of the building which made walking up and down 3 flights of stairs a little inconvenient. Overall, its was a great family atmosphere. I’ve been coming here off and on for over 25 years and I’m sure I’ll be back!

The condo is beautiful, clean and up to date. We loved the multiple pools and the beach access was great. The restaurant on site is a huge plus also. The owners were great to work with and they communicated quickly each time when we had questions. I loved having plenty of beach towels. I’d recommend this condo and would stay here again with my family.

The property has easy access to the beach. It also conveniently has a restaurant on site that has excellent food. The property itself is a bit dated and can use some maintenance and updating. The room was comfortable and adequate. The beds were also comfortable. The appliances have some wear and tear but are functional.

We had family visiting the US for the first time from Europe and had never seen the Atlantic or experienced the surf before. This was the ideal location with small children because the water is shallow for a long way out, and it’s super fun to play in the waves. The resort and condo was ideal for two families needing the space to unwind. We had a great time and it was a nice place to take our family.
