Beautiful place. Perfect location. Melinda was great!

Great location, very close to the beach access where there is also a very nice and clean restroom. The house has lots of space, is very clean and bright. Kitchen has all needed items. Host provides plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, bikes, and a grill. Host is also very responsive.

This place is conveniently located right on the beach! Just cross the street, and you’re there. The deck off the living room is a lovely spot to relax.The owner was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. I’ve rented several VRBO properties before, and this one was a bit of a letdown.Upon entering the house, we were immediately hit with a musty smell and a lot of stairs. The kitchen was small and could use some updates. The kitchen draws needed a good cleaning, and I think the carpet should be replaced with laminate flooring. Carpeting isn’t practical for a beach house and can retain smells, which might have contributed to the musty smell. Some of the windows also needed fixing; they didn’t close properly when we opened them.Overall, the house definitely needed a refresh.Beware that one bedroom has a trundle bed, which I missed. As the listing said there were four twin beds. That bedroom with the trundle was extremely small to accommodate that type of bed. When you pull the bottom bed out, it’s too small to open or close the door. Maybe a bunk bed would work better. Over all we enjoyed our visit in Cape May!

Property was clean and just as described. Perfect for 5 girls for a weekend, even with with some rain as we enjoyed cooking, sitting by the fire, playing games. Location is so great for walking to the beach and town! Host is so thoughtful and responsive.

Superior communication throughout our stay. Home was very clean and well maintained.

Our trip to Cape May was made even better by our stay at the condo. The location is perfect and the access to the beach as well as the views of the beach and sunrises were amazing. Our host was very responsive (although we had no issues so just regarding normal check-in). We are looking forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. My one thought though is that renters of a certain age be aware of all the steps due to the multiple levels in the property. I should have realized that but that is my fault for not paying attention when browsing the pictures. For the others in the family they all loved the place.

Great property and great location

The condo is beautiful. We did have a little struggles with the door and just getting comfortable with the keypad. The first floor twin Has a pull out which would’ve been difficult to use if we had the six person but since we were just fine, it worked out fine I may have missed that on the website.

In town to visit with family and we are so happy we found this condo. A stones throw from the heart of Cape May and just the best views of the water and sunrise. The sound of the waves crashing as we slept was so relaxing. Can't wait to get back!

We had a great stay here and would definitely book here again! The place was exactly as described and as pictured. It was very clean and neat. Location was perfect ! Very close to the beach and also close to great restaurants and shopping. Owner was very responsive and great with communication! Definitely would recommend staying here !
