The place was very welcoming!! Everything was as the app said it was as far as bedding and towels. There were only 6 bath towels so we had to do laundry more than we planned on. The pictures on the app need to be updated because things have changed. Overall I would recommend to anyone and we plan on being back!!

Great beach view from livingroom, no baclony but still a great view every night. Good condo for family, safe, ok for the price.

Everything was wonderful except we booked a 3 bedroom condo as there were 3 couples going and they only provided parking passes for 2 vehicles. The 3rd couple ended up having to park in a parking garage costing an additional 240 for the 4 nights.

This was our first time staying here for our family beach vacation. The place was nice. It came with all you needed to cook with in the kitchen. If you plan on using the grill, it's a bit of a hike to go back and forth to cook so we decided not to use the grill. The view was spectacular. I highly enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning while looking at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clear on the top but very cloudy on the bottom to the point when my child went under water in the shallow end, I literally could not even see him anymore. We didn't go back in after that and just stuck to the beach. I wish the pool was in better condition but as far as the room we stayed in, we were very happy.

Great location. Seemed like a lot for us to do in the check out requirements. Floors were sandy from day one.We did not go on the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the pool and the easy, close access to the beach. Wish there was a ceiling light in main bedroom and more comfortable bed in second bedroom. Highly recommended. Very close to all types of restaurants.

The day we flew out to Tampa it was 7 degrees in Maine. We landed in Tampa and it was in the 80s. The weather was great and you cant ask for nicer beaches. This condo is right on the beach. There are also many other attractions in the area like state parks, fishing, botanical gardens, shops, and restaurants. I would have stayed another month if I could have

The place was awesome. Only “complaint” would be helpful to understand what to do with more than one vehicle before you get there. I would stay there in the future.

Overall it was nice place to stay. It is somewhat outdated. The kitchen floor needs a good cleaning, especially the grout. The light from the hallway will keep the 2 bedrooms so bright. Thankfully someone had taped a bag up to kind of darken the room some. The curtain rod in the master room is barely hanging in the wall. Two of the locks were pushed in the door knobs. The living room and dining area stay hot and the towels need to be updated bad- they are more like towels that need to be cut down to make cleaning rags..

The condo was great! Very spacious and the location was excellent! The bathrooms were new and clean and the view was great! The kitchen was well equipped, just wish there was something like place mats and dish towels but besides that they had everything you could need. The only down side was the lack of enough towels to everyone (we were 5 people and there were only 4 bath towels, and no beach towels at all, I had to bring my own) and the master bedroom needs a blackout curtain because for some reason at night there’s a very bright light coming from outside that window, but overall it’s a great place at the beach just steps away from the ocean and they even have chairs and umbrellas you can rent if you don’t want to bring your own. Nice shops and restaurants just around the corner, really an amazing location. We’ll be back next year!

Me, my husband, my two daughters, granddaughter, and niece came for a week. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the pool was closed until the last 2 days of our stay. Something about the pool pump and getting a part in to fix it. I totally understand that things break but it was disappointing for our family especially my 2 and half year old granddaughter.

You can sit on the couch and view the beautiful ocean! Unit was very spacious and the kitchen was nice. Could have used some kitchen towels. I bought some and left for the next guests! The beds were older but I slept fine. Just beware they may roll away when you sit down on them! There is an elevator and everything has a code to get in! That was nice since you didn’t have to deal with a key!!! Overall nice rental for the money! The beach is very narrow so easy access and just a few steps and you’re in the water! Pool was nice too!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property.
