Beachfront at Destin Harbor's East Pass! Epic Views, Pool, Private Beach!

Memory get away for our mother. Your place was perfect for this trip. Unit was beautiful and in the perfect location. Very well appointed. Comfortable and perfectly decorated. We will definitely come back.

We enjoyed the balcony views and the seating was very nice.The large tvs are nice but with a small child with us concerned they were not anchored to keep from being able to fall.Furnishings very comfortable.Lots of floor space.Great rental for family fun.

Have stay several times at these condos. It was perfect for everything. Clean and had everything we needed.will be back again.

The condo was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, and lots of seating inside and out on the amazing balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching boats coming and going in and out of the harbor. My son took pictures of our fishing boat coming in from a deep sea fishing trip, and I took pictures of him and his girlfriend going out on a tour boat to see the dolphins. We had the best time! I highly recommend this condo! The Breathe Easy Rental team did a great job getting us all the information we needed quickly. They were very proactive and met our needs before we even had to ask. It really was amazing!

Truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and very clean. It was usually chilly when we stayed so we did need to go buy some blankets because there were not a lot at the condo. We did not ask management for any more blankets, but we probably should have and that may have solved the issue. The pool is being renovated. It looks like it has been and will be out of commission for a while. When we booked it, we were not aware of this until the day we were coming. I gave a 4/5 for online listing due to this. Overall it was a nice place!

Clean and comfortable. My comment would be that the master bedroom ceiling fan was extremely noisy, so it wasn’t usable at night as it kept us awake.

The unit was just as described, well maintained and in a great location especially if you like snorkeling and fishing. Breathe Easy rentals was fabulous! The communication was always quick and on top of any issue (even minor ones). The power was out to the building one afternoon and Breathe Easy got us 7 tickets to the Big Kahuna water park! They had great service! I could not recommend them more!

The place was super nice and very comfy!

Our unit was beautiful if it wasn’t for the mishap of 2 1/2 days without air condition and no spa whirlpool and the lost of electricity several times, no elevator a couple times it would’ve been a perfect stay. We realize that it was out of anyone’s control, but it was at our expense.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was excellent!!!! The pool on the other hand needed alot of attention.. The chairs were dirty. The trashcans were overflowing with trash everyday. There was mold in the pool. Also, the pool restroom was disgusting. The only day we saw someone doing anything about the pool area was at the end of our stay.

The condo itself exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture/beds. There is lots of closet space and storage. The kitchen is beautiful with updated appliances and is stocked with everything you might need. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and each has access to a balcony. We loved the couches and tables on the balcony. The only draw back was accessing the beach. We have stayed in this building in the past and knew there was a short walk to get to the beach at Norrriego Point, but this year the gate to get to the beach was locked making it more of a hassle and a longer walk to get to the water.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most vacation rentals look worse than the online photos, not this one. We normally choose a gulf front view and were apprehensive about this one but we enjoyed its views more than the gulf view. The property was well maintained also with very nice staff. This is one of our top 3 places we’ve ever vacationed at, looking forward to booking the same unit again in the future.

Easy checkin and checkout extremely clean condo with great view!

We loved the location and ability to walk to the beach Check in was easy. It was spacious and nice with a well equipped kitchen. There were a few issues though. The main living area would be cold but the bedrooms warm especially the smallest which was actually hot. We were provided with four rolls of thin toilet paper which went fast and we had to buy more as the staff could not get us more until the next afternoon. Squeaky doors and a broken toilet seat and faulty dishwasher were other issues.
