Stayed Sep 5, 2022Nice view, but staff/ HOA are terrible. This is retirement home, not vacation rental. Worst 2500 I’ve ever spent on vacation.

Stayed May 29, 2022The property was good and great location. Beach, shopping and places to eat were great. However issues with receiving door codes to property until 2 hours away from property. To many add-ons or hidden charges 1. $5.00 for each person for pool access and charges for chairs and umbrella on the beach. Minor expenses but i didn't understand upfront.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024The unit was not as clean as we expected. The first night we walked bare foot and our feet were black from the dirty floors. The rug in the living room was old/dirty. I hold the cleaning company responsible for the lack of cleanliness. The guest room is much smaller than it appears, you can’t walk around the bed to get in on the other side.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024Comfortable condo with nice pool and easy beach access. Great view. Just a quick 10 min to boardwalk where most of the charters and dolphin tours leave from.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024We had a great stay! Beach access was easy and quick. The set up in the condo was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. Walmart and Target were well within driving distance (less than 5 miles each direction). Definitely plan on going back in the near future.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024This place was amazing for just me and my kids. It was our first family vacation since my divorce and it was more than expected. Communication with the property owner was nice and easy. Place was clean and right on the beach and around lots of activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival. View of the gulf is outstanding. Very short walk from pool deck to your beach chairs which was nice. Of note, no personal umbrellas are allowed on this beach. You havr to rent chairs/umbrella from beach service (which we planned to do anyway). Rental was $40.00 per day. Overall great experience and will plan to use this condo again in the future.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024Condo was absolutely wonderful! Love the security the property had. Steps from gorgeous emerald water! Beach service is a must also. Loved having the umbrella to just relax under when you didnt want to be in the sun! Overall great vacation. Can wait to come back!
