Step insideand enjoy the open, welcoming living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide all the comforts and conveniences of home. With panoramic Gulf views and an unbeatable location just one mile west of The Hangout, you'll be close to shops, restaurants, and popular local attractions.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers direct access to the north-facing balcony. The first guest bedroom features Gulf-front balcony access and direct entry to a shared bathroom that also connects to the hallway for added convenience. The second guest bedroom is also en-suite, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

The Ocean House II complex offers exceptional resort-style amenities, including a large beachside zero-entry pool, kiddie pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
