A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide all the comforts and conveniences of home. With panoramic Gulf views and an unbeatable location just one mile west of The Hangout, you'll be close to shops, restaurants, and popular local attractions.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers direct access to the north-facing balcony. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom.
