Beachfront 2nd-floor condo with ocean views, balcony, 3 pools & gym

Ease of registration and access- clean - great layout for family members

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was great. Pools, etc were not open because we were off season but too cold for that anyway. Condo was great, view was wonderful plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend.

The layout of the condo is nice for families with younger kids - the bunk bed room is on its own hallway instead of closer to the shared space and its window is small and faces a covered hallway so there is not a lot of light shining in to wake them up. The space in general was nice - plenty of seating and room particularly when the weather is nice and the balcony can be used, and the kitchen is open enough for multiple people to use it without tripping over each other. Everyone had their own bathroom and we never felt like we were running out of space even when the weather turned ugly and we were all inside. Our big negative was the cleanliness. There was sand everywhere when we got there (it's a beach, I get it!) so we tried to vacuum ourselves and the vacuum spit sand *everywhere*. Aborted that plan and searched for a broom. No broom anywhere in this 4 bedroom condo. Is that bizarre? It felt bizarre. We ended up buying a broom and dustpan and leaving it in the unit because it was not tenable to just track sand everywhere for a full week. Also it was not clear how to get into the fitness center so I tried to reach out for clarity - there's no contact the owner option just the chat function on the website. Fun fact: that chat is not manned whatsoever. So while we eventually (days later) figured out the code thanks to a helpful neighbor, it's kind of crazy to think that if we had a bigger problem, like a pipe bursting or something, we never would have heard back.

Serenity Now is a spacious, top-notch condo. The oceanfront view from the balcony is breathtaking any time of day. We would highly recommend this condo.

Serenity Now is an ocean-front condo with a very nice balcony that we saw every sunrise from! Large rooms with plenty of storage. Very comfy beds!

We have a large family and the condo was perfect for us. All rooms having its own bathroom was clutch, and the condo is spacious enough that we were never on top of each other. Ocean/beachfront view was fantastic, condo was well maintained and clean, everything was in working order, kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking. We loved how the complex has a resort feel/vibe. Everything was incredibly convenient. Our only complaint was having 2 key cards for our group with no other way to get into condo. Otherwise, we had the best time and we would love to be back! ***FYI: the margs and tacos at the Mexican restaurant on site were some of the best we have ever had!

This was our 5th vacation at the Sanctuary in Sandbridge. First time staying in this particular Condo, Serenity Now. The location was perfect, rooms and bathrooms were great for our family of 10. However the kitchen was not at all equipped for cooking for a family that size. With only one large pot and two tiny ones and only one cookie sheet, it made cooking a nightmare. For a minimal investment in pots and pans, this would be a fabulous condo and 5 star worthy. Sadly, I’m not sure we would stay at this one again because of this.
