Beachdrifter 403 | Oceanfront Condo with Pool, Balcony + Beach Access

We will not stay here again. First and foremost, this decision is due to multiple cockroaches in the kitchen area when moving the coffee pot, toaster, etc., and three brown recluse spiders! Although the view and beach access were both great; the condo was advertised in a way where we expected much better. The condo is dated, low supply of certain necessities such as toilet tissue, dish soap, garbage bags, etc., especially for a four night stay. The stove has rust on the bottom front and top sides. Upon our check-out day, we were questioned and rushed by the cleaning lady at 7:30am while loading some items into our car (her over our shoulder in the parking garage, asking, “are you done”/“are you leaving”) who does that when check-out isn’t until 10?! And again on our way to leave, she was waiting at the stairs, staring at us walk down the hallway, with still an hour left. We forgot some items and returned, still within our paid stay duration - and she was rude again. Had to change lightbulbs in the bedroom and the stove when we arrived. Hallway light didn’t work. Washer sounded terrible. For the price we paid, we expected this to be as advertised and cleanliness and maintenance up to standards. Guests deserve much better! Enjoyed the condo and beach over the 4th

We loved this condo. Very nice and quiet area. Easy to get to and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We came to Jacksonville for the NCAA Regional Championships and this location was perfect for our stay, ocean front and only 9 miles from U of NF! The condo is nice and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores close by. We will definitely be back next year!

Property was very clean with a great location. Toaster didn't work and the unit could use a some updating.

It was just the best location! It was wonderful being in eyesight of the beach and pool! The walk to the handful of shops and restaurants was very easy and pleasant as well! And I love that I felt like I was at the beach when I was indoors with its colors and decor.

Property is dated. Needs a refresh. Beds need replacing.

The condo itself needs updating, especially the bathrooms. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet (lipstick on coffee mugs-obviously not washed). Reached out to host 3 times with NO response about missing garage opener, TV in master BR not working and a late check out time request. The location is wonderful. Great beach access, walking to restaurants and view from balcony beautiful. Pool was great and not crowded. We had a good 3 night stay.

The property was as advertised with so many beautiful decorating touches. The balcony was so close to the ocean and the perfect weather helped make it a wonderful time. The place was very clean and no problems whatsoever. We appreciated the outdoor furniture on the balcony and also the chairs for the beach. The kitchen was well furnished (but you need a new toaster.)
