Stayed May 14, 2026Had a fabulous week at Folly Beach. Weather was perfect. Condo was great!! Very clean and After an initial trip for a few groceries we didn’t have to get back in our vehicle until time for our sad departure. Such a short walk to everything and a fantastic covered deck for all the front porch sitting you can stand with that fantastic ocean view

Stayed Apr 25, 2026Ocean was visible from the kitchen, living room and expansive deck. You’re in the heart of the action. Live music, market, restaurant and beach all within walking distance. Suggestions: a hammock on the deck would’ve been great and more toilet paper - one roll for a week long stay is a bit too conservative.

Stayed Mar 9, 2026Best place on Folly Beach. All the eateries and shops are a short walk away and we could watch the beach and surfers from our balcony. Walk to the pier and beach was less than 5 min.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. I am waiting for 2026 dates to open up. Would like to book again for next spring.Sofa and chair either need cleaning or replacement. We covered with towels. I feel owner is not aware of this. It did not cause us any dissatisfaction and plan on returning next year.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Very close to the beach - only a 5 minute walk. It is located right in the center of Folly Beach which gives it quick access to the pier, restaurants and stores. Recommended.
