Stayed Jan 19, 2025Property was well equipped and perfectly located for us. A few minor repairs were needed, but all were handled immediately by the owner, who was always available. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Feb 29, 2024This apartment is in a high rise building that is getting old but the building, the pool and its grounds look good and Devan, the owner has done a lot of work on his unit. We arrived to a new stove, dishwasher and microwave. New faucets were added to all sinks. The bed was comfortable, neither pillow top nor firm. We could get comfortable in the living room and the lanai was great, overlooking the Delnor Wiggins nature preserve. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by and the people launching their boats. We’ve stayed at more than two dozen VRBOs and this apartment ranks near the top. It’s one of the few apartments or houses where we’d return. Devan was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. I

Stayed Jan 1, 2024Property was very clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. Loved the lanai with nice porch furniture and lovely view. The owner will provide any missing items. He also promptly arranged to have a plumbing issue resolved. The property has a great heated lap pool.

Stayed Feb 4, 2023Good location, fantastic views from lanai, friendly building manager and neighborhood condo was dirty and smelt, hygienic deficiencies (mold in shower, dirty refrigerator and dishwasher), dishes insufficient, advertised pool was available just 3 days out of 5 weeks !! Pictures of all claimed items available.
