Stayed Aug 24, 2025The property was in a great location and close to everything. The property could have been cleaned better. The floors were dirty and the couch was worn, had visibly dirty pillows and the couch smelled of body sweat. Pillows in the bedrooms had saliva stains on them. Our TV did not work the whole time during our stay. We contacted VRBO support who did nothing to remedy the problem.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Place was clean and very conveniently located! Tons of restaurants and bars to walk to, we were right by a trolley stop to get to Rehoboth and we were on the same block as North Beach by the bay. Had a blast and Mike communicated whenever we needed him!

Stayed Jul 31, 2024My adult children and I love Dewey Beach and this unit was very accomodating to our family. It was clean, all appliances worked very well, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The location was very convient and close to the beach. Thank you again for the hospitality!
