Stayed Jun 24, 2023Had many issues with condo. Only one elevator worked. Took over an hour wait to get luggage in elevator. Tv in room did not work part of time. Called Cox cable - they said to call management. Never could get anyone. Little food in sink when arrived. Overall not a very nice place. Location and oool were nice.

Stayed Apr 27, 2022Had a great time with my family, everything was in good condition. The only thing was the bunks beds were a little uncomfortable, Other than that everything was good.

Stayed Aug 15, 2021This property was not as listed. There were several issues with regards to the property upon arrival. There was garbage littered throughout the parking lots. The elevator appeared to be under construction with blankets covering the walls of the elevator. The pool patio was littered with garbage and left over food. There was deep puddles of water on the walkway to the entrance of the unit prior to any severe weather coming in. The back sliding door to the patio did not lock. The furniture in the unit appeared old, worn, and dirty (there was greasy fingerprints on the coffee table - as if it hadn't been cleaned at all prior to our stay). The bathroom sink drains did not stay open thus allowing water to fill up in the sink any time the water was run; there were bugs and chunks of mildew that came out of the drain when the sink filled up with water. The master bedroom tub drain was extremely slow to drain so we were showering in ankle deep water. There was sand found on top of and underneath the bedding in the guest bedroom where our kids were to sleep. Overall, this property fell well below our expectations, and with an impending tropical storm we decided to leave after the first night. We feared that we would have issues on the property and in the unit during and after the storm (i.e. no power, flooding, inability to get out of the electric property gate, etc...) thus we decided to leave the property after our first night and before the storm hit. We would not recommend this property to anyone, and will definitely not stay on this property in the future. Overall, this was a huge disappointment for our family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our getaway to Sterling Shores. The accommodations offered all cooking amenities and the luxury of many family friendly games for all to enjoy. We were slightly disappointed with NO ocean view, though the palm trees and pool amenities captured an inviting view nonetheless. We were aware that beach chairs were not included with rental (unlike others in the past) but had no idea we would be placed on back row away from the water making it difficult to see children playing in water while sitting comfortably in chair. Chair rentals r available which is additional cost that we did not desire. The walk to the beach was not bad, but did not agree with “oceanfront” property listing as it was misleading to rentals. Facility was close in proximity to many fun attractions such as The Track and Destin Commons shopping center. Overall, great vacation getaway.
