Beach Side complex B35 1 Bedroom 1 Bath with Heated Pool

Nice property with good king bed, clean kitchen and 2 nice pools. The only issue is that the porch or deck overlooks A1A just a few feet away. So it’s really noisy out there and a little noisy inside too.

Owner was easily accessible.

A great spot close to the beach and other amenities. Perfect for two. Caution: 3rd floor no elevator.

Very nice stay. Only small complaint was that the coffee pot really needs to be replaced.

Great place. Very clean and conveniently located to the beach. HOWEVER, be advised that the balcony faces A1A and it get get VERY noisy with the constant motorcycle traffic. Not sure if it was due to the time of year or what, but I've never seen so many motorcycles going up and down the street in my life. This was the only blemish in an otherwise great stay and condo.

The condo was clean with a very nice full kitchen. Very comfortable and met all our needs. Loved sitting on the balcony with my morning tea. The pool was clean and very nice, water was warm. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The location to beaches and downtown was very close and easy to find anything we wanted. Starbucks, places to eat, grocery store were all very close, a lot of them in walking distance.

The place was spotless and as advertised. We enjoyed our afternoons on the spacious, sunny, balcony. Nice to be able to walk to the beach from the condo and the beach was beautiful. Todd was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend already said NO! Lol. But definitely a great weeks stay and highly recommend. The property did have a couple of small mechanical flawes which were brought to the owners attention.

Everything was clean and the apartment had everything we could have needed! The location was perfect for us! Also the beach access is definitely a good bonus!

My wife and I had the best time staying here! We appreciated the host in being accommodating, attentive and kind. This place was so clean, had everything we needed and was the perfect location for all our activities! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great place to stay. It’s very close to the beach (a few minutes of a walk) and around a 10 min drive to the heart of downtown. I’d definitely stay again.

The property was clean, well-stocked, and in a perfect location! Communication with the host was exceptional. Right near the beach and convenient to St. Augustine. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a property.

The perfect place for a quick getaway or longer vacation. We had an extended weekend to celebrate our Anniversary and it was amazing. The condo was everyrhing we expected and needed, The host was incredible! We brought our service dog and he lives it too!! And

This place is located in a well maintained gated community. Here you have great amenities, security and direct beach access. We loved the fact that is just 15 minutes drive to downtown and also we were able to enjoy the beach life. The two pools have security and are really nice. This is a great place to stay.
