Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Destin and surrounding beaches for several years and this was the second time in a row we’ve stayed at Silver Dunes. We love that we can walk to the beach right outside our rental and walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Unit was clean and spacious with everything you would need to stay in and cook. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a stress free stay. The pool was big and never really crowded. Loved our stay this year and will be back next year. I highly recommend visiting O’Quigley’s Steamer and Oyster Bar and the Shrimp Basket restaurants.

A couple of challenges we had, the Internet was very weak, and wouldn’t work in the second bedroom, the -Air Condition did not cool the second bedroom, the oven would not hold temperature.

Bed spread on King size bed looks old and dirty. 2 doubles in master make crunching noise when you sit down on them, can only imagine what they sound like if one rolls over. New sliding door needs adjustment so it closes properly. I am the husband of renter. Would NOT rent this unit in its current condition

We enjoy Silver Dunes so much for the family atmosphere with multiple generations of families coming and spending time together. The court yard is wonderful for kids to play and families and friends to gather. The Beach Service with George is the best I have experienced. We will be back!

George and his crew make the umbrella rental experience easy, relaxing and they care about their customers! George is a gem! Our condo experience was mostly positive. The couch was disgustingly dirty and we kept a sheet covering it all week. The pullout couch had a dirty mattress cover on it, not good! The windows really need to be cleaned! Could hardly see through the dirt on them from the kitchen.Condo needed a better SAND vacuuming before we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. The beds were clean and comfortable.
