Beach-side, beautiful low-rise with uncrowded beach!

The main complaint is there is still old furniture on the patio and rusted and broken drying racks. Otherwise, we'll definitely be back!

In the front office,Amber, Mary Lou, and Derek, made everything about our reservations was correct ( we have never had a problem). The maintenance crew Andy and Ben, took care of any issue we had. ( one cabinet door messed up). One night the lights over the charcoal grills went out. Ben made sure they were working the next night. We have only positive comments about Silver Dunes and the staff

Our two complaints are that the bedrooms need better curtains. We had to buy black trash bags and tape them over the window so our kids wouldn’t wake up at 6am every day. We also felt like there was too much furniture in the condo, making it cluttered.l and very hard to move around with a family. We had a fabulous time at the condo and will return again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first unit we're rebooking after coming for 7 years. The views are well worth the steps to the top. Nice updates where it matters- flooring, kitchen counter tops and appliances and nice living room seating. The bathrooms could use their touchups, but lots of space in the master. I forgot to put a workorder in, but the master left sink is clogged, otherwise all other plumbing worked great. The unit overall could use some updated decor and the curtains are definitely showing their wear from being pulled on. Multiple curtain panels might work better, lighter and only opening certain sections instead of all or nothing. Patio needs to be cleaned up a bit with the left-over old seating. Bar height table chairs would be great on that back wall, because the extra seating is nice and we actually pulled out the old chairs when we had group dinner night.

Music on Wednesday night was great. Great view from the balcony. The grills were clean. Miss the treasure hunt on the beach and cornhole tournament. Chair rentals were so much easier now that it is online. Only eyesores I saw were rusted outlet covers and the walkway lights were not working and made hard to see the key pad hard to see at night. But every thing was great and had a great week.

Over the years there have been changes but Silverdunes’s BUT, but things stayed the same. Caring and helpful staff . Their goal is to make sure you and your family have a great time.

The 180 degree views were unreal and were the reason I booked the unit. The unit has newer flooring throughout, but the bathrooms are a little dated. Overall, very pleased! It would be hard to go back to an interior unit after staying in C1403.
