Beach-side, beautiful low-rise with uncrowded beach!

We started coming there in 1978 and watched our kids grow up there!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautifully decorated, great proximity to the beach and pool. But that’s where the positives end. The bed layout was not as advertised at the time we booked (about 1 month prior to arrival). It was advertised to have two double beds in one bedroom and a king sized in the other. (I have photos and listing confirmation to prove this). Upon arrival we discovered both rooms had kings. This arrangement did not work for our party and we specifically booked this unit because of this bed layout. Our kids had to sleep on a make-shift bed on the floor for the week. I immediately called the management office to report our concern. The receptionist was very kind and reported she would give our message to management. To this day, we have not received a call back. While I can be understanding that beds may change for various reasons, there is no reason for bad customer service and management. Cleanliness was mediocre. Most was generally clean. Although I had to wash all the silverware and silverware tray upon arrival. Also, we swept the kitchen floor on day 2 and found a large piece of broken glass and popcorn...we had not broken any glass nor had popcorn. Beach service with chairs and umbrella was an awesome perk!

I picked this unit for the patio! I might not rent in the complex if a top floor or end unit in c or b isn’t available. It is set back a little from the beach, but it was nice to have a bottom floor bathroom we could use. The courts were tennis with painted pickleball lines, but were ok. This saved us during the unseasonably cold weather. Location was great. The gamerooom & gym were claustrophobic, but still clean. Be prepared to purchase the basics including salt & pepper if you plan to cook. The grills are not in view of the beach. I loved this unit.

This condo is literally steps to the beach. The chair/umbrella service was fantastic. The condo was pretty clean and comfortable. The furniture felt a little crowded. The only downside was the outdoor furniture was really dirty. The cushions were very stained and the glass table was dirty. I would have loved to sit on the balcony but didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the cushions.

Our family gathered there most nights to eat and just visit. Proximity to the stairs and elevator were most welcome. We’ll be back to this unit!!!
