The pictures on website are deceiving. The unit was Filthy dirty I have pictures too! I prayed I didn’t come home with bed bugs. Management on site couldn’t do anything to make it right. Stayed Oct 8, 2024Thrilled to have found a place to escape to and save a vacation after evacuation orders in Daytona. The listing sounded wonderful but upon arrival the unit is dated, stained furniture and stained carpet. The kitchen drawers fall out when opened and the dated interior and bathrooms were disappointing. The beds were good and the property itself is very nice. Spending $1800 for 4 nights seemed steep for a dated dirty condo.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was ok, I believe they were in the process of painting, it was pretty dated, the walls were white and bare. Carpets definitely needed replacing, they were a little stained in the master. The sliding glass door in the master had a good inch to 2 inch gap in it, during the storms it was very loud, difficult to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. We have Always loved Silver Dunes, my children have grown up going here!

NO stairs to navigate to the sand, the courtyard is great for soccer, baseball, football games !

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival to Unit 36, we opened the door to a bad odor. We looked around as the unit description stated newly remodeled. They just didn’t state what year it was newly remodeled. There was rot on the woodwork and trim. The sliding glass door tracks were bent all to ****, making it nearly impossible to open the sliding door. There were rotten dried up flowers on the dining room table. Trash was left in the garbage cans. The tub/shower was nasty. The area rug in the living area looked like it was 30 years old and dirty. Just too many issues to go on with. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here. I will be posting photos and video of the unit (#36) on the web. We will not stay here ever again in the future.
