Beach-side, beautiful low-rise with uncrowded beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outdoor furniture very uncomfortable. A lot of the electrical sockets didn’t work. In the master bedroom it sparked. Limited kitchen counter space. Great views of the beach.

The king bed in the master bedroom is incredibly hard and uncomfortable with a noticeable ridge down the middle. We were also surprised that the new booking deposit is now 1/3 of the total rent up front.

Also, a lot of green space for just enjoying the outdoors. Our unit was well decorated and had a good selection of cooking pots, pans and utensils. We found the unit just as it was advertised. Members of our family have stayed many times over the years. You won’t be disappointed!

We wanted a place walking distance to the beach with a great view and this unit gave just that. It was nicely decorated and clean. The balcony view was beautiful. Each room had a view of the beach! We enjoyed our stay and loved that the Condominium was low key, no crowds. Our beach had the least amount of chairs out so we all had a front seat to the water. Only downside, the TV would freeze and not work. My husband and son were not happy about this. And I wish coffee, and coffee filters were provided like most places.

I loved having an entire kitchen cabinet to renters.The outdoor furniture cushions were stained and the frame had sagged. It appeared that a new set of balcony furniture would further enhance the condo.

We saw dolphins and pelicans everyday swimming and flying by. The room was in great condition. The staff was always helpful and kind.

Loved staying at this place. Loved the windows, location and that it was not as busy as some other places. Would definitely stay here again.
