I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Silver Dunes this year! We have been staying on this property for the last 8 years and stayed in several units. This unit has been our favorite since having children. The location and views are perfect for us and our two young kids. The unit itself fits our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking essentials; pans, serving dishes, etc. We didn’t rebook this unit next year as we will be staying in a 3 bedroom unit with another family. But this unit was perfect for the 4 of us!

Stayed Mar 13, 2022It was a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach and overlooking the pool so I could keep an eye on kids when I had to go to room. Wished we could have figured out how to change the settings on TV to English BEFORE the last night there. Overall very nice stay.

The last two years we’ve stayed in unit D201. We really love this unit! The location is great! We also noticed the new linens and the new washer and dryer. Great condo! It’s also so nice that the owners throw in the beach chair rental! Can’t beat the generosity! Thank you! Little disappointed that the gym was so hard to access. Also with the rental prices increasing next year I’m wondering if the gym is anymore furnished than it was when I was there last? I typically workout on the balcony with my own equipment but wanted to use a treadmill this year. But no luck. Overall great vacation! Can’t wait for next year!

Condo was clean. Well stocked kitchen. Great parking. Although no garage parking, you are parking at curbside to the building. Beach service is a great perk of this unit. It did take us 3 days to find the washer and dryer on the patio. Unit wifi was spotty for us.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Silver Dunes is a great place to vacation. Unit D201 does need some attention and some updating. The washer and dryer both need to be replaced. We always want to rent a unit with these accommodations. The dryer did not give us any problems, but the washer made a terrible noise. The area rug also needs to be replaced, because it is dirty from several years of use.

It made for a chaotic first 12-18 hours, but after that, everything was perfect.
