Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 40th year at Silver Dunes for summer vacation. We finally got our requested straight line in our beach set-up (8 sets), and so very thankful for that. This made this year even more special than the past few. We're very happy with Unit D101 and it well equipped with pretty much everything we need...and then some. We usually bring our own 3-shelf units for each bathroom to make room for all our 'stuff', and we were happy to see that the owners had put a permanent shelf in them. I would like to suggest, though, that a second one be installed so we wouldn't still need to put in our own. (I'm quite sure no one else likely does this...I just like a bit more order)! We really love Silver Dunes and hope to continue coming for several more!

I was very particular about finding the perfect complex for my young family with two toddlers. This complex checked off all of our boxes. Great location, no high rises, easy PRIVATE beach access, and a pool! The front office is great to work with and very kind. Our condo was clean and exactly as expected. We will be back!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very convenient to the pool (so close that our baby monitor could reach during nap time) and an easy walk to the beach. It was clean and seemed well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for nights cooking. A few cons: beds were not the most comfortable; the TV in the 2nd bedroom would never power on- we called maintenance but it wasn't addressed; the patio furniture was not very sturdy; the coffee pot under the sink was shattered when we went to use it the first day, but there is a Keurig option as well. Overall, we would stay here again. It is very similar to other units this floorplan at Silver Dunes.

Not at all happy with the new beach service, though. Hate the U-shapes. We all want front row, and sitting sideways or way back is NOT front row.

Reviewer Comments: We had decided on a last minute beach vacation and I had looked everywhere for a condo for what must have been the most popular weekend in June for a vacation. As luck may have it, Silver Dunes had two Condo's available and I booked them. We had never stayed with Silver Dunes so we didn't know what to expect. To our surprise we absolutely loved it and enjoyed two beautiful days on the beach and sitting out on our patios in the evening. It was just what we needed! We will be back for sure!!! The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. We are now Big Fans of Silver Dunes!
