Beach Service Included, Private Beach, Chateau La Mer 10E!

Older Florida style, comfortable condo near a gorgeous strip of beach! The condo was spacious and perfect for our little weekend trip.

Comfortable stay with great amenities.

The unit was much larger than expected, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. We couldn’t seem to find our beach access code, the property manager had us by the ocean in no time. I really appreciate the wonderful customer support.

cute place! Floors were very nasty. Bottom of our feet and shoes were black. There was an alive roach in one of the bedrooms when we first walked in.

Perfect walking distance to the beach. Lots of room! Easy check in and check out. Some of the furniture could be updated ( especially the kitchen table and chairs- table sticky and chairSeating broken) but nothing that wouldn’t stop us from coming back ! We weren’t in the condo too much :)

Spacious home, great host. Easy to get to location right across the street from the beautiful beach. Loved the free beach service.

Roomy condo and great location

The floors were filthy from day one!! Our feet were black from walking inside the condo!! It was 76 inside the condo when we arrived and took hours to cool off!! The back balcony had several bars that were loose and multiple not connected!! Some of the wood on the balcony/steps was dry rotted!! Very unsafe!! We had 3 wasp nest on the back balcony/stair railing area!! I was stung on the thigh!! The pull out couch bed was out of order and we were not aware of this until bed time..so 2 people in our party had to sleep on couches!! The walk to the beach was longer than expected since our condo was towards the back of the property!! No extra sheets!! We will never stay here again!!

Needs to be updated. The pictures online made us think we were getting better than was delivered. Cleaning crew had not done a very good job. We found balls of hair behind a door and a dresser. The distance from the beach was as advertised and the beach was nice. The pool and pickle ball courts were good. The left side of the range burners didn't work and the Master bedroom fan didn't work. We found a roach in the kitchen. We won't be returning to this condo.

Perfect location and enough space for everyone. Great beach access with amenities and good restaurants in the surrounding areas.

This unit 10E was perfect for 6 adults. Key pad entry let us all move freely. There was so much space including a private outdoor patio. The pool was steps away. Great lounging and swimming. The beach and beach service a short walk. Great people watching. Nice amount of cleaning supplies in-unit to get us started. Walking distance to food and shops. So easy to get around. Finally, the responsiveness of the rental company was great. Having questions while traveling was easy. Highly recommend the unit and location.

Older but very well maintained property.

Check-in and directions were easy. The unit was very clean, although there were a couple minor things that need attention. It was the perfect amount of space for 5 of us, plus our small dog. Our only suggestion would be to either provide some beach towels or remind guests to bring some. We were not successful in locating beach service. It was a wonderful experience and we would stay again!

Overall place was nice and cozy. Definitely will be coming back.

I have been using Vrbo for many years to book our siblings week trips. I have only ever had one other poor experience. I received a call on the trip down that the washing machine in the condo was out of service. It was never repaired. We also had to call in an issue with the garbage disposal on the first day and an issue with the dishwasher on the second day. Because of hurricane Helene, we decided to leave mid week rather than risk complications at the airport. We purchased the trip insurance but realized that the insurance would do us no good because there was not a mandatory evacuation. We received a call within two hours after we left, wanting to know if you could go ahead and clean the condo and get it ready for the next person. All of it just left a really bad taste in my mouth. You expected us to make life easier for you, but that sentiment was not reciprocated. Not very happy.

Loved getting to stay at this property. Great location close to the beach at a reasonable price. Great staff and communication.

Unit was large and accommodating for our group, everything was clean and plenty of seating. Property managers were friendly, easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to questions. Location was perfect for beach access and chair service was an awesome addition. Unit was a little outdated but still nice!

You will have about a quarter mile walk to the beach access and it can be tough lugging all your beach supplies back and forth. The other complaint I have is that the beach chair rental only allows two chairs and one umbrella. The unit sleeps 8 people, we had seven. The property may not have control over that, but it was frustrating. They didnt have enough laundry detergent, dish soap, or trash bags especially at all, so I recommend bringing your own. Otherwise, the place was clean, quiet, nice, and had plenty of space for everyone.

The water pressure was low, hard to wash long hair. Floor was dirty. We ran out of TP on our 3rd day. We had 7 people and only 6 forks to use for meals. We had 5 chairs at the dining table, used our cooler for a bench. We had fun and enjoyed the beach.
