Beach Retreat at Forest Ridge RRDP-000119-2020

Overall we had a good experience. Some upstairs neighbors were noisy in the morning. We also did not have a chance to enjoy the pool as it was hijacked all three days. We also were charged 50 for not returning the parking pass.

Condo is updated & modern, spacious, convenient location on the property, and CLEAN. Kitchen well stocked with necessities for cooking at home, also happy with the bed linens & plenty of bath towels. Other family members rented in Forest Ridge as well, and we all said we’d come back to Amelia Island again, as well as rent in Forest Ridge again. They all also agreed our condo had the nicest bathrooms of the 3 condos we all rented! The outdoor storage closet for our condo had the best little beach wagon that made toting our umbrellas & chairs on the short walk to the ocean even easier, and there’s a scenic cut-through making the stroll to the beach very pleasant. We appreciated this condo having those little extras such as beach umbrellas & the wagon. The beach itself is gorgeous! Forest Ridge property was beautiful with all the trees & ponds. The pool was great too. We had a wonderful week-long vacation with extended family! Overall, we were very happy with the Forest Ridge property and specifically the condo we rented. It definitely was a Beach Retreat!

We had a terrific stay at the Beach Retreat at Forest Ridge! The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach access. The condo was equipped with wonderful beach amenities such as chairs, beach towels, a beach wagon and boogie boards. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We would absolutely choose this condo again for another stay in Amelia Island.

Can’t say enough about how the location on property was perfect. Having a courtside patio was ideal for watching my kids play pickle ball. The pool is right by the tennis court as well. The beach is so close and an easy walk. Everything about the property, property management, and process was simple.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach retreat. The space was comfortable for our 32 day stay. We all liked the minimal stairs and the location with views of the pool. We love Forest Ridge. This was our fifth stay there. It’s a beautiful location with a lot of trees and flowers. The ponds attract a lot of birds. Fun to watch! We hope to be back next year at the Beach retreat.

Super easy check-in and the unit was described accurately. The best part was the checkout, only a few simple request. We would definitely stay again!

Leeanna, the host, was very accommodating. There had been a hurricane pass south of the property the day before our scheduled stay. We got nervous and cancelled and then decided to rebook. She kindly worked with us through this process. The condo was perfect for our needs…close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and included small things you might need but forgot to bring such as spices, ziplocks, beach towels, etc. We love the area and would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay. Condo was clean and exactly like the pictures online. Leeanna was very accommodating and responding right away. We will be back next time we head to Fernandina Beach!!!

The condo was super spacious and super clean! We loved everything about it. The pool is right out the door and the beach is a short walk away. Definitely would recommend and would stay again! Neighbors were super sweet and property management is strict so it keeps the property grounds tidy. Can’t wait to visit again!!! Great weekend getaway! Thank you!

This is our second year staying in this condo and it is so perfect for families! We love how spacious and clean it is. We also love the proximity to the pool and tennis courts! We will be back next year!!

My family of four had a great week in this adorable condo. It had everything we needed including beach towels ( total bonus). A short walk to the beach and right next to the pool. No complaints! Would absolutely stay there again! Owner/ host was quick to respond when we needed assistance.
