Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from your large covered balcony in this 3/2 condo located in the heart of Indian Shores. The sparkling turquoise water of the Gulf is your backdrop in the light and airy living room which has ample space to relax and unwind streaming your favorite show on the smart tv after a sun kissed day at the beach. There is plenty of room at the dining room table for everyone in your party to sit down and enjoy a home cooked meal ...from the well appointed, fully stockedl kitchen. A separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is provided for added convenience. All 3 bedrooms have been recently redecorated in a coastal chic design and boasts a King size bed in the primary with an ensuite full size bathroom, A queen size bed in the 1st guest bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd guest bedroom.

It has a pack and play and highchair/booster seat.

Your only choices you will have to make is whether to take a dip in the heated swimming pool or step onto the sand and take a swim in the beautiful surf or both!!

Looking for more than sun and sand, take the beach trolley north to Clearwater Beach or South to John's Pass. Visit St. Petersburg where you will find museums like the world-renowned Dali Museum, theatres, music venues, The Florida Orchestra, and historical locations.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

    When we arrived we couldnt step out onto the balcony without stepping in dirty rain water. We also couldnt see out the master window as it was filthy and had bugs stuck to it. There was also a dead cockroach in the closet. The garage door didnt open on day 4 and we almost missed one of our excursions. Luckily the property manager was able to get us a garage door opener to use but that didnt work most of the time either. We have travelled all around the U.S. and I can honestly say the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. We contemplated taking turns sleeping on the sofa because that was the only comfortable place in the entire unit. The dryer did not dry, we had to run it on 3 70 min cycles to get anything dry. The noise from other units was miserable! Loud and obnoxious from 8AM until 11PM. This unit was WAY overpriced and we were dissapointed by it overall. The fact that it was close to the beach was the only positive part of our stay.

    Working with Premier Sotherby was great! They were easy to communicate with and informative both before and during our stay. The property was nice and slept 6 very comfortably. The facility was nice and had great beach access. The area was very nice and easy to get to both restaurants and shopping. On the downside, the condo was not as clean as I would expect. We paid a hefty cleaning fee, and we did not expect to have to clean anything prior to use. If you are not picky about that, then you probably won’t notice.

    We loved the building, beach & pool. Our unit was not great. The balcony was filthy & had water on the floor for our entire stay. Towels were new but small & minimal. 6 place settings of silverware so we washed a lot silverware.

    The unit has everything you need, and is in a perfect location! The property managers were unfriendly, unhelpful and hard to get ahold of. But the unit and property is amazing.

    Everything was fantastic! My mom and I had the best experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to get ahold of. The condo was perfect and the views were stunning! We cannot wait to come back!
