BEACH OCEAN FRONT, POOL! Walk to shops! New Decking! Downtown Location!

We had a very nice relaxing stay. The location is perfect and the hosts were very accommodating.

The property was very clean, location was great within walking distance to most everything. All that was needed for a wonderful stay was available. Loved the deck, the condo was very nice and spacious for the price. Note the bedrooms and both bathrooms are on top level. The pool was great and easy short walk to beach. Next time we visit we will stay here again.

Everything was great. We had an issue one morning with the upstairs ac unit leaking and dripping downstairs. I contacted the manager through this app and he immediately responded and maintence was there before we even got ready to go out to the beach for the day. Everything was in working order before lunch!

The unit was well decorated and the views were excellent. Being an older unit there were many items that needed some TLC. Some we had to contact management for. Kaley was prompt to get those taken care of. Not having a bathroom on the first floor just doesn't work if you are a senior citizen. We had to leave early due to an emergency. The owner did not reimburse us for the 4 days we had left, which is understandable but he should have given us some credit. It was an unforseen emmedical emergency.

Very unsatisfied!!! My family and I were at this residence in late September when hurricane helene formed in gulf coast. Halfway through our trip there was a mandatory island evacuation so our trip was cut short. Jerry the host of this property told me numerous times he would reimburse me for the days we didn’t get to stay, but he lied!!!! It’s been almost two months since our trip and he still has not reimbursed me! Would NOT recommend this property unless you like being lied too! Going to reach out to vrbo customer service for reimbursement and file a complaint!

Excellent! View was fantastic and the beach was quiet...no motor bikes, jet skis, etc. We saw dolphins the first day. The only complaint is the lack of a bathroom on the main floor. Going up and down stairs is an adventure for older people (76, 75). I would suggest putting an illuminated strip on the ends of each stair, as the last stair and the floor are the same color/pattern. I would definitely stay here again!!

My girls and I go to the beach every year for our Girls Only time. We loved the villa we stayed in which was beach front. It was decorated nicely, very clean and worked out perfect for our weekend. We will definitely stay here again.
