Clean and great access to the pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was very clean & comfortable. Staff was great. Beach was beautiful as always & beach service was great. We do have one suggestion. We always stay on the 1st floor. So many times when we went somewhere, we would return & have to park out in the lot. Our suggestion is that you assign 1 parking place to each 1st floor room. Anyone who stays on the upper floor’s probably come thru the lobby to the elevator. Thanks

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Holiday Surf & Racquet Club! Very quiet, convenient location, and so much to do! Our family of two adults and three teens barely left the property (except to walk along the beach) during our 4 night/5 day stay. However, we were disappointed with the condo for several reasons. The condo was advertised as having a king bed and two sofa beds, and being able to accommodate up to 6. We were very disappointed to find out there was one sofa bed (not two!) and one king bed. There was an air mattress stashed in a closet, but it did not work (the cap to hold the air in the mattress was completely missing ... nowhere in the box). My teenage daughter slept on the hard floor the first night. :( The second day, the Holiday Surf & Racquet Guest Relations got us a nice new air mattress to use, which made our stay more comfortable, but we feel gypped as we did not get what we paid for and what was advertised. Guest Relations told us it was the owner's fault and they said they would change the listing to show that only 4 could be accommodated. The other disappointment in the condo was that the living room TV did NOT work. Guest Relations sent someone to fix it, but it still only worked for some features. My husband is an engineer and my two teenage sons can fix just about anything tech-related, but this was beyond them as well. Our stay was during the 2024 Paris Olympics and we were VERY disapointed to not be able to watch the Olympics together as a family. I am a French teacher and not being able to watch the Paris Olympics on TV with my family was a huge deal for me. Everything else was great and we would enjoy a stay at the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club again. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We do feel we are owed at least a partial refund for the issues we had, especially regarding the misleading information on the bedding and number of guests that could be accommodated.

Our one bedroom unit was very spacious and clean which included a patio. The heated swimming pool was cleaned every morning and evening and there were enough patio furniture to gather. There was a very nice boardwalk to the beach. The Raquet club out up beach chairs and umbrellas every day and took down in the early evening.

Everything was clean and family friendly. The beach was gorgeous and we were close to town for some good seafood.
