Beach Front~Ground Fl~Beach Chair Service~Crystal Villas A-3

Condo was very clean and well decorated. It looks recently updated, which was nice. You also cannot beat the location. The AC was out upon arrival but the management company provided box fans for the night and had it repaired first thing in the morning.

The condo is as pretty as the pictures. The view is amazing and all the updates to the unit are wonderful. We will definitely come back.

I can’t say enough good things about the place and stay. Close to everything and beach access was just a few steps away and I mean literally a few steps. Rooms were updated and very nice.

The location of this villa is unbeatable with beach access right out the back door. Chair service on the beach makes the stay even more enjoyable. It was very clean inside, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bunk beds were great for our two young children. The overall property at Crystal Villas could use some updating, but interiorly, this specific villa was wonderful. Devin was great to work with. We would stay here again!

This is a wonderful property that is perfect for a family! The ground floor was perfect with kids. This unit was incredibly clean.

We loved this condo & location! It has obviously been updated and renovated and felt very new, modern and bright! AC stayed cold, never had to adjust it. The beds were super comfortable (my husband and I joked that we should have looked at the mattress label before we left)! It’s beachfront- a short walk to the stairs and down to the chairs/umbrellas (much shorter walk than other facilities we’ve stayed at) due to its proximity to the ocean! 10/10 would recommend - we can’t wait to book it again!!

We have stayed at Crystal Villas for several years now and it is just perfect for my husband and I. The unit was clean and decorated very nicely. Rental property manager checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Looking forward to returning!

My husband and I were able to get away and spend time at A3 in Crystal villas. The condo was clean, accessible and a perfect access to the beach.We will be back again, soon!

What a fabulous condo, it was everything it promised. The view was spectacular from the porch and couch in the den. The beach had easy access and the chairs were provided everyday from 8:30 to 5pm. We were close to wonderful restaurants and quick access to the grocery store. If you need to relax and enjoy the peace of the ocean you can’t go wrong staying here. Serenity!!

Just great all around. I feel like we found a hidden gem. Private beach, beach chairs, built in bunk beds, CLEAN, and away from all the buisiness. Its a perfect location!

I highly recommend this beach condo. Very clean and comfortable. My main thing I loved was that you can walk out to the beach right from the patio.

Everything was great except it was advertised as having a heated pool. It was not, or if so it was not warm enough.

This is our 3rd stay at Crystal Villas and our first time in A3. Overall we were pretty happy with this unit. It has the best stocked kitchen of any we have stayed in. It’s also more updated than some of the other units. The ground floor made trips to and from the beach very convenient. The listing and our management portal said there was beach service included but there was not even though it was a very warm week. There was construction going on next door and they were cutting tiles on the porch 3 of the days which was super annoying for sitting on the porch. This unit did have a couple roaches I would see near the kitchen sink each morning so make sure your food is in sealed containers. Overall though we would consider this until again.

The property was very clean and as described. The beach access was amazing and the included chairs and umbrella were great. We will definetly be returning.

Smaller unit, which we love- less crowds! Only 1 row of chairs!! Normally a ground floor unit doesn’t have a good view, but this view was the best of anywhere we’ve stayed. We will definitely be back!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my little family of four. The location of the property was amazing. It was literally just a few steps out the back/front door to reach the beach or the pool (and the view was phenomenal from the back door). Although we didn’t cook much here, it does seem to be pretty stocked with all your essential items. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again.
