BEACH FRONT W/ PRIVATE BALCONY!! ELEGANT UNIT THAT SLEEPS 8!

We had a great time. The house was clean and everything was in working order. There was every kitchen utensil that you would need. It is a beautiful location with great views of the gulf. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of seating for everyone. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Very scenic and relaxing listening to the waves. The pool was clean. Jim was very accommodating due to an injury in our group. He answered all my questions promptly and even bought a keurig for the unit. Very beautiful property. Excellent host, would definitely book again with him! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

The location, amenities and the accomodations were very nice. Thank god for insta cart. One thing the chairs and umbrella for the week without tip is around 300. So plan on spending that much. Bring your own cooler for drinks for the beach. The facilities are very well maintained and the pool was nice.

It was all good and relaxing. The number for assistance was always busy but other than that everything was fine. Hope to do it again sometime.

Beautiful, spacious condo with a breathtaking view! We had a problem with our coffee maker and they immediately brought a brand new one. I can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay! Check in was super easy and the location was perfect for dinner, fun, and shopping.

Beautiful condo and excellent balcony view of the beach. Pool was beautiful with nice small waterfall. Easy access to beach. Had grills but the night we tried to use them it was too windy so we couldn’t keep the grill lit and we cooked inside. Close to lots of great restaurants and activities. Centrally located for a great Destin Beach Vacation! Enjoyed it so much!!

Location is great. Accommodations were great for our group. Had a minor issue with the dryer, issue was attended to in a timely manner. Would definitely book again should we decide to visit Destin again.

The condo is very well kept, very clean and roomy. Location is perfect - walking or driving distance to retailers and restaurants. The condo manager is very nice and was quick to respond to all our questions. My only critique is it did not include things like basic spices for cooking, others condos usually do. And there were no beach towels either. But otherwise a great stay!

Condo is beautiful. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Bathrooms are beautifully updated. Balcony was large enough for us and our visitors. We would stay there again. The views are spectacular. The only negative is mattresses in the double queen room were very hard. Again, we would stay there again.

property overall nice, beach was great and glad to be on a private one. Would have been nice if there were some beach items to use chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Overall nice place and location convenient to restaurants

Overall the property was clean but we noticed several things looked unkept and needs updates.. furniture was old and dated. Kids headboards werent even attached to frame. Balcony sliding doors and trim was peeling off. Faucet in kitchen sink falling apart. Overall the property was fine and clean but just needs updated looks very used.

Access codes changed leaving us locked out from beach on one occasion and from the room on another. Frustrating

There was a total of six of us, all adults that visited this beautiful destination. It was myself, my husband, my two kids and their spouses. This condo was a great fit for my family. The views were spectacular from our balcony. The dolphins visited us every day in the waters that we stared at. Did not want to leave! Will definitely go here again and suggest it to anyone that wants to visit Destin, Florida.

Condo was just as described. Beautiful views, easy beach access. Double check the address before heading out -- was confusing. There was a knocking noise heard all night and morning in the front bedroom (HVAC? Elevator?) condo was very quiet otherwise.

This was our first time staying at Jade East and we will definitely be back! The condo was so nice and spacious. Beautiful view off the balcony and the convenient beach access was enjoyable for our whole family.

Nice clean condo. Great location. Beautiful beach. Beach chairs and umbrella $25per day per person. Stayed on very busy July 4 week, yet only a short wait for elevators. Will definitely stay again.

The unit was fine. Rules are a bit fussy. The place could use a total scrub from top to bottom and paint job. The destin area is too developed and spread out for me, but the beach is beautiful.
