Stayed Oct 12, 2024Ideal beach location!! Literally right out the back door. There are some things in the unit that need updating (broken blinds and front door) but otherwise extremely comfortable! Host was VERY easy to work with and very communicative.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We absolutely loved this condo! I grew up in Destin, graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School 1993. My family still lives in town. So I am very familiar with condos around town. This condo is very spacious with everything you need. Very clean and the views are gorgeous! It was perfect for us! I would highly recommend. And intend to stay again!

Stayed Aug 27, 2022The condo was very nice clean and well equipped. The renovation going on made it not so nice. The balcony’s were not useable and the look was not pretty. But the owner was very nice and told me before we arrived. I would recommend it.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The listing does not tell you there is a multi-year construction project going on for the towers. We were told after booking that construction was happening, but were also told it was on a different tower. There will be construction workers M-F outside of your windows. Also, the property has the hanging vertical blinds and some of them are missing so it's concerning that the workers can see in as they work. The windows are obscured by splatter from the construction and you cannot access balconies or open windows. The price is great for the location and being right on the beach, but be aware before booking that the construction does impact the stay and the listing does not disclose that.
