Great view of the beach. Perfect for a family get away. Parking was so convenient and in a very good area.

The ocean views were amazing and about 100 yards away, just wish it didn't rain the last day! But nice place will stay again!

Perfect location, right on the beach! Convenient access to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, A1A and 295 East...and just footsteps from the ocean! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We were working the golf tournament all day everyday so did not have a chance to use the beach

Host was very helpful and patient when we had questions. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the view.

Host was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We had everything we needed there. The view is amazing. Jacksonville Beach always fun.Only issue was the water heater was leaking but the host called to have a new one put in. He even stopped by to check on us, which we really appreciated. We had a nice two weeks except for the chilly weather.

The Beach Front Shore Thing Luxurious Condo was great, true beach front with unobstructed views. Came with more than enough towels, the beds were really comfortable, would def come back again

Everything was excellent!! Great location, love being right on the beach. It was clean and well apportioned. It’s our second stay at this condo and I highly recommend it!! Host is easy to work with and communication was great.

The host was helpful, and the condo was great. It seemed to me that the beds were full-size when I had thought they were queen. I could be mistaken.

This is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed on any vacation. The host was very helpful before we arrived and no problems our entire stay. The apartment was spacious and very efficient for us. Direct access to the beach was awesome and so was the pool. Having a washer and dryer inside the apartment was an added bonus. The kitchen was very nice as well as the living room. We hope we can stay here again next year.

No matter where you are in the condo as soon as you walk through the door and pretty much any place you stand you can see the ocean. I laid on the couch good look out at the ocean. I laid on my bed could look at the ocean. I walked through the door. First thing I saw was the ocean. If you love the ocean, as much as I do, you get it! Great place you’ll love it!

The door code to enter did not work. The owner could not be reached by phone or DM either by me or VRBO. Was traveling with my daughter to go to Mayo Clinic for the week and had to cancel reservation and find a hotel. Worst experience with a rental ever. At least VRBO covered the difference in fees between the hotel and VRBO rental price. Very stressful after an 8 hour drive to not be able to get into the rental and have to scramble to find a hotel. Beware, VRBO does not do same day rentals and can’t accommodate you if the reservation falls through.

Shastri is a gracuious host. Check-in was seamless and the condo is as advertised. You will have all the comforts of home to enjoy your trip. The condo bulding and grounds are well maintained. The beach is wide, clean with powder sand for comfortable sunbathing. The neighborhood is quiet with a plethora of dining & shopping options nearby. You cant go wrong with this one...

Extremely Misleading Listing – Dirty, Unsafe, and Poorly Maintained!I’ve rented through VRBO many times and never written such a negative review, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. The house was filthy from the moment we arrived — floors sticky and black with dirt, hair on every bed, sofa bed sheets covered in human and pet hair, and food with bugs under the couch. Most disturbing, we found loose narcotic pills under a bed, a life-threatening hazard for children or pets. The HVAC was clogged with buildup, leaking water, and barely worked; when we reported it, the owner told us to “change the filter ourselves.”Safety was also a concern. The screen door to the deck and pool was broken, the furnace leaked into the foyer, and the air quality felt unsafe. For a property advertised as “spic and span” and conveniently located for Mayo Clinic patients, this was unacceptable.The photos online are completely misleading — furniture was missing, décor outdated, and the home looked neglected and disorganized. What you see online is not what you get, and by the time you discover the truth, it’s too late for a refund.The owner was unresponsive, offering no solutions beyond a dismissive comment. This is not a vacation rental but a neglected property that should never be listed on VRBO. For your safety, health, and peace of mind, avoid this rental entirely. The white curtains in the attached photo will show how filthy the floor is.

We love this condo and book it often! The owners are friendly and very responsive. It is clean with amenities and comfy beds and pillows. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat there, which saves a lot of money on eating out. The new couch is super comfortable!

Clean, fresh, beautiful, convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back next year.

We came down on a buisness trip and was right on beach! Great location

The condo was as described, clean and well stocked with beach towels, dishes and other essential household items. (Even shampoo & body wash!) There are pocket doors between the bedrooms so you can have some privacy there. It was so convenient to everything. The pool was clean and I’m so happy to have had it because when you are done with the beach for the day but the kids want to keep swimming and playing, it’s there! Parking was covered, private and safe. There is even a storage closet near parking that has beach umbrellas, chairs and sand toys. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Communication was crystal clear between myself and the manager of the property/ owner. I highly recommend this condo!

Great property. Closer than I expected to beach. Pool is directly below balcony. Can see your beach chairs and umbrella (provided by owner) from your balcony. Enjoyed watching the surf lessons from the balcony. Covered parking spot was great for those sudden downpours.

Amazing stay. 100% will be back again. The location, beach view and access, restaurants , cleanliness, size, pool and pet friendly. 5 stars. What more can I say.

Just an excellent property! So clean, and amazingly well stocked. I was so worried when I arrived with my K cups and saw a regular coffee pot, it was late so I was just like okay that’s fine I’ll get coffee tomorrow. But in the morning I start looking around and there is coffee!! And so much more. And the property didn’t have that odor that so many beach places have. It was just brilliant.The location was great, nothing like stepping out onto the beach. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and was a simple drive to the Players Championship. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked and the TV was perfect for March Madness. The reserved parking space was also a great convenience. Beautiful view! Thank you!

location was excellent. bedrooms were a bit small. it was not fully supplied with essentials, i.e shampoo, body wash. there were plenty of towels. the kitchen although small was very clean and adequately supplied.. we would stay there againprice

The property needs some upgrades (but whose house doesn’t??!!) In general it is welcoming clean and easy to get in and out.The highlight of course is ocean view from balcony and 0 min walk to beach.

We had an amazing experience - the location was stunning. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Access to the beach was right by the property. Condo was beautifully decorated. The host was wonderful - kind, responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

Upon arrival we were unable to gain access using the code we told to use. We called manager and he updated code and activated the lock. This condo is in need of tic and serious cleaning. Sliding door is extremely difficult to open. Bathroom has mold. Furniture and bedding are less than desirable. Living rug had a significant amount of pet hair. Nice view and great location!

We loved our stay here. It is right on the beach. The couple of things that did come up were quickly handled by the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we did not have a good visit here. The listing called it “luxurious” which it is not. This is definitely not a high end condo. It could have been cleaner & it really needs paint touch ups & some updates. The refrigerator has a giant dent in it & the furniture is worn. We had to clean the bathroom when we got there. Also when we got there (3 hours after we were able to check in) there was a handyman in the condo who was just finishing up replacing the curtain rod. It was a non issue because we came late, but it could have been an issue if we had gotten there earlier. We booked for 6 days & left after 2 days because hurricane milton was headed our way. We got an emergency weather notification saying it was headed directly at us. The town had no gas left & limited groceries. Since we were there with our son, we felt it was safer to evacuate. The host will not refund me nor will he respond to my messages. I contacted Vrbo & he also will not respond to them. I personally will never rent from this host again.

They were replacing all the water lines and all the streets have been torn up…was a muddy sandy mess! The pool was full of sand along with the parking lot. Wasn’t the owners fault but I think they had to know this work was going to be done and take a couple of weeks off. We would have picked another location

Had a great time! View from the property was amazing. Unfortunately there was road construction on the roads surrounding the complex making the walk to beach a little harder - but still a short walk. Very comfortable living room furniture! Overall a great unit!

The ENTIRE area around the condo was under construction.
