We really enjoyed our stay here! Pool and beach were so nice and it was great to have towels provided with the apartment. The balcony was so nice with great views too. The hostess, Gaby, was so kind and accommodating, and communicated well before and throughout the stay. She even picked us up from the airport when we arrived! So nice after a long morning of travel. We will be keeping this place in mind next time we are in the area! Thank you!

Challenging Stay with Unforeseen IssuesWe booked this property for a five-night stay but unfortunately had to check out after just two nights due to several unexpected challenges.Power Outages: Upon arrival, the host informed us that the area experiences regular power outages due to issues with the power company. Sometimes they’re informed of outage and sometimes it just happens. Indeed, we experienced a power outage lasting over a day, which significantly impacted our stay.Plumbing Problems: One of the toilets was non-functional upon arrival. The host was responsive and attempted repairs twice within 24 hours, but the issue persisted, causing inconvenience. The host was trying to put the blame on me not knowing how to flush a toilet. Kitchen Amenities: The listing mentioned a “full kitchen,” so we purchased groceries accordingly. However, we were surprised to find there was no oven or dishwasher, which limited our ability to prepare meals as planned.Bedroom Doors: The bedroom doors had rubber weatherstripping at the bottom, making them difficult to open quietly. Since the air conditioning was only in the bedrooms, we needed to keep the doors closed, but opening them often disturbed others, especially our young children.Positive Aspects: The property offers a beautiful view, and the host was responsive to our concerns.While the location has potential, the combination of power outages, plumbing issues, and misleading kitchen amenities made our stay challenging.

We so enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location. Fantastic balcony. The Host (Gaby) was so kind and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do just that in the future!

Host, Gaby, was very nice and helpful. Communication was easy. The place was exactly as described. View was wonderful from the balcony!!! Great place for morning coffee or tea and for cocktails in the evening. The common areas were nice and well maintained. Quick walk to the beach! You can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs for your day on the beach. We felt safe there as the security was strong. The location was perfect!! We were able to walk to restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery. Do not be concerned about the description of only air conditioners in the bedrooms as the ocean breeze coming in was delightful and kept us comfortable. We are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Gaby, for everything!

Saw this listing and had to get it based on location. Kids loved the beach as well as the pool. Gym on property is amazing as well

My friend and I absolutely loved Gaby's apartment. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location on beautiful Isla Verde beach for exploring all things San Juan. The breeze was so lovely that we never once used the AC, and you have all the amenities you could need, not to mention the ambience of a groovy 1970's art deco styled apartment (my favorite design motif!). We were just two, but the apartment could comfortably sleep several more people, so would be awesome for families and larger groups too. We can't thank our wonderful host enough, she even picked us up at the airport to check us in smoothly. Fantastic stay, and the perfect place for our first time in gorgeous Puerto Rico. We can't wait to come back!

Pros- apartment is close to everything & the beach/view is 10/10Cons- No self check in or instruction of what to do upon arrival, waited outside with my kids at night, had to figure it out with security- took 30 min for host to respond.. Slow WiFi. No bathroom near the beach, Only 3 beach towels & 4 bath towels provided for 5 of us, which were like sandpaper. No extra pillows/blankets/towels. Very outdated

Loved the apartment. On the beach, best views and convenient to restaurants and a large grocery store. There is air conditioning but we never turned it on. Breeze was enough. You do need transportation to Old San Juan, Uber works well.

You just can't beat the view. It was breathtaking. The apartment slept 6 comfortablly and has direct accesa to the beach. The area had plenty of shops and restaurants. The check in process was quick and easy. The experience was great!

This condo is where its at! It is in a prime location, beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, and easy to get anywhere. Groceries right across the street, places to eat nearby and within walking distance! The condo was just as listed and had everything we needed. Gaby (the host) met us at the airport and picked us up. (10 minutes from the airport literally). She made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. She even picked up a new remote for the air-conditioner in the main bedroom that the previous renters had misplaced amd delivered it promptly! When I come back we will stay here again and would recommend to all. There are child friendly playgrounds and pools too for those who bring small children.

The property need to be updated. Very Old from the 1970.

Great location to EVERYTHING. No more than 15 in either direction for a meal, entertainment, shopping, beaches.
